To be honest, none of them really. When the Phantom Menace came out, all the fan boys started hating Jar Jar. It's got to a point now that it's become part of pop culture to hate Jar Jar! I can see why some people despise him, but i've never had a problem with him. I'm not saying he's my favourite character. But i'm not going to pretend I hate him just because i'm expected to.
Cubert is intended to be a snotty little shit that you want to punch in the face. That's his whole function on the show! So although I want to punch Cubert, I don't want to punch the makers of the show because I realise they have done it on purpose.
And i've never had a problem with the Ewoks either. Maybe a few scenes do go on a bit long, but it's all classic stuff.

People should stop being so negative and cinical about everything. Have you ever noticed that fans complain more about their favourite show/film than other people. They're supposed to be fans! I'm not saying that just because I'm a fan of something i'll pretend to love everything about it (I let people know if I didn't like something) , but i've never disliked any of the things on the list above.

Hmmm, at a pinch i'd have to say that M Jackson annoys me the worst  :D

But, I echo his sentiments about Cubert. And though I don't despise Jar Jar with that much venom (given how I couldn't give two shits about the Star Wars prequels), when he said "Exsqueeze me" in Phantom Menace, I cringed like I was cringing for my country. So he gets stampy-stampy.

Jar Jar was most annoying, he wasn't as bad in the second film though, mostly because he was used less.

We have to put this in perspective- there are hundreds of ewoks, but only one Jar Jar. And the ewoks dance too. But lots of them die, while Jar Jar was in Star Wars only so the under-tens could laugh at his moronic antics and stupid voice. Since Jar Jar isn't dead, and deserves to be, I say him.

Jar Jar isnt that bad but was just bad enough in the first one to get my vote, he was alright in 2 but still not great.
And to anger most of you further George L has said JarJar aint dying in 3. But Mace Windu does -cruel cruel world.

I am in the don't hate Jar-Jar but wonder what the Hell Lucas was thinking. His people could have been cool but they all act like idiots. I think it is Tarpalis which is the only one of their species that has something resembling common sence.

Ewoks are annoying but some do die. (look carefully in Episode 1 no dead Gungon bodies)

Cubert was ment to be annoying check the commentary for season 2.

I don't really hate Jar-Jar, but he was the worst part of Phantom Menace, in my opinion.  I just wonder if Lucas is planning to insert him in eps 4, 5, and 6.  Then I would get a little hot under the collar.

Come on, you can't have a "most-hated-sci-fi-character" poll without Wesley "I-like-saving-the-Enterprise-every-second-episode-and-generally-act-like-a-spoilt-little-suckup-when-not" Crusher. He's the epithome of fan-hate.

More than once, I've heard a rumor that Lucas is planning to do the super-duper version, with even more fx, and some character's from the prequels, and if Jar-Jar is not going to be killed, then he's a likely candidate.  :hmpf:

Also, what guest voice talent on Futurama also had a role in the Stat Wars Holiday Special?

I've also heard Lucas wants to even forget that ever existed.  :laff:

Jar-Jar probably got more of a bad rep than he deserved, but lets face it: he WAS annoying.  Star Wars has always had a sense of humor, but putting in a character that felt like a bad imitation of Disney's goofy is just over the top and seemed to be aiming too squarely for the 5 and under crowd.  As a whole Phantom Menace felt kind of....wimpy, overly "gee-whiz"ish, very little dark edge.  As someone else said, notice that no gungans die at all, where in the old movies Lucas had enough guts to even kill a few ewoks.

As for the ewoks, I got back and forth on them.  They become a little annoying and too cutesy in some scenes, but for the most part they're tolerable and often enjoyable enough.  I still feel a little sad when that one ewok is shot and his friend tries to wake him up.  :( That's more then I could say if Jar Jar died honestly.

Cubert: I don't know why people hate him so much.  I thought he was hilarious, and he had enough negatives happen to him in "Clone of My Own" that he never became untolerable.  The point is that he spoofs annoying sci-fi characters.

I had a poetry teacher who thought Jar Jar was the most offensive character EVER and she wouldn't watch Star Wars any more because of him. Never having sat through the first movie myself (I tried, really. It put me to sleep), I don't understand where she's coming from.

Ewoks have a special place in my heart, so I voted for them.
