Yeah I noticed that aswell, but it is possible it is just simple science. A fast sends the body into "fat preservation mode" where it lives off the fat extremely efficiently to keep you alive during the famine that it assumes is around. Since he isn't really doing much aswell he'd hardly be burning many calories. But yeah I think he's cheating. Either the "liquid" is a high-protein shake (like the kind pro bodybuilders take) or food is being snuck in while he takes a whizz, or some other trick.

Although I think GM's idea is MUCH better. Magicians often do that "Oh no, something's gone horribly wrong" trick/misdirection. But then Blaine is a mong anyway, so I think it will be a living in a box trick with no surprises like Fred said...

Most entertaining thing about this was Eamonn Holmes getting his own back on Blain.  Turning up with the eye drawn on his hand, yesterday.  Classic.

He's in a box. What did you expect, a ballet?

So this is it. David Blaine will be out of that box tonight and we don’t have to talk about him again.

I drove pass Mr Blaine today as a matter of fact. From what I can gather, he's been clogging up Tower Bridge for ages making it rather difficult, dangerous and scary to drive through for the first time. GOOD FOR HIM!

Well it's hard to get close to him, so everyone pulls over and puts on their "do anything lights" (previously known as Hazard Lights) to get a look.

And Ozor Mox, I think you are mistaken  ;)

What shall follow this evening will be a pathetic acting display of tiredness and hunger. Hell all the displays of "madness" shown so far is writing a little on the box. I could do that. No-one can hear him speak and listen to his becoming rapdily unintelligable speech and thought trains. It's all a rather timid sitting in a box trick with no surprises whatsoever.

Derren Brown gained more fame (and infamy!) in one hour than Blaine has in 44 days.

Brown and Blaine should've played Russian Roulette together, on top of a 50 ft tower of ice next to the Thames. I'd watch that.

Should I replace English people with Londoners?  :p

Also, another PEELer who lives close to me (10-12 miles away to be exact!)
