As far as I know, you have to import them from the UK. Mikey's seen VHS Copies of them, but DVD's, I'm not sure. CDWOW has the DVD's for £6.99 (or $16.90AU, which is cheap as chips). I'm pretty sure they send to anywhere. EDIT: I checked, free worldwide delivery.

I love the ones on the S2 DVD, so much so that I made a "Mike" Avatar a while back, and never used it. "Say hello, to my little friend!"

Tim: None of us has ever done anything like this before, apart from Mike who, as we all know, once stole a tank and tried to invade Paris. Mike: Hello! Mitsui: Yeah, me too, every clip I've seen is very Spaced-like. Only six days to go.

Got it, watched it the first series that is...Tires is the best in the episode where they all go clubbing. Brilliant. The scene where he hears the phone ringing and the beat kicks in with him thinking it sounds like a rocking tune and and then he starts bopping so true...

"I just wish I could control these fucking moodswings! So anyway..." The eighties club scene was a crack up... "Come on, Illene, Too-loo-ry-a!" One of about four eps I've seen.

One of the oft-requested things in Spaced is that A-Team dance tune, except that it never existed. It was made-up by Guy Pratt (Spaced Music-Bloke) especially for the show and was has never been available. Check out the awesome Fader Gladiator - "Battle Of The Planets" in the episode where Colin goes missing (the scene where they're about to go on the rescue mission). That's awesome. Originally posted by nerdlingus: The scene where he hears the phone ringing and the beat kicks in with him thinking it sounds like a rocking tune and and then he starts bopping so true... In the commentary, they say that Tyres' dancing to the phone/kettle/etc was MixMags best TV scene of that year. Which was awesome. He does it again in Season Two with the traffic lights. "Last night was A1, tip-top, clubbing jam fare, it's a sandwich of fun on extacy bread all wrapped up in a big bag like disco-fudge, it doesn't get any better than that...."Pegg always said that he liked to give Michael Smiley (Tyres) long complicated speeches, just to see him fuck it up.

There was a CD released of Series One's music, but you'd be hard-pressed to find it now. :one quick trip to spaced-out later: Here's the S1 music rundown. Here's S2's music. I saw the movie today, and I loved it (was there ever any doubt?). It was hilarious, like watching a 90 minute Spaced episode, but with more violence (much much more). I'm gonna put my full review in the movie reviews thread, but needless to say, it was well worth the wait.

Originally posted by boxie: I love Wright's style... the panning wipes, the whip pans, and every camera move seems to have it's own sound effect! Yeah, me too. On one of the S1 Commentaries, Wright does a fantastic narration of his directing on one of the pivotal scenes in the episode in which Colin gets kidnapped. Originally posted by Nurdbot: A friend of my Mum says, and I quote: "It's the most realistic Zombie Movie I've ever seen". The scene in which one of the characters gets literally ripped apart by the zombies, has to be seen to be believed. BTW, the movie's a 15 Nurdy, what's stopping you seeing it (apart from proximity, obviously)?.

Love it. Which brings us to the SOAD/Spaced crossover reference No.1, as "Bafta" was replaced in the Spaced S2 commentaries by:

1: I think me and my friends might see it, but they're taking a dammed long time to get together. 2: I doubt I could scrape money together if this fails.

Nurdy, tell your friends to try harder, dammit. It'll be worth it. Trust your uncle Melll. I want to see the movie again too, as I'm a subscriber to the fact that one appreciates it more the second time around.

I'd like to see it again but I'm afraid of the consequences (i.e lack of sleep). The 28 Days later reference was fantastic. I liked it when: Shaun and Ed smashed the Zombies heads in and then sit down with a Cornetto and a Diet Coke as if nothing had happened. Forgot the spoiler tags earlier.
