This isn't the film I was originally thiking of but I just can't remember the name. I'm right aren't I, my answer is wrong?

Aha! BrainDeadZombie has solved a old conundrum of mine. Out of curiosity, I checked the name Battle Beyond the Stars on the IMDB and chcked some of the screenshots. Turns out I watched it as a kid but could never remember what it was called and it has plagued me for years. Thanks a lot BrainDeadZombie, you are now awarded the Lurrr Prize in... er... chemistry!
