I'm sure we've all seen it.

What are you opinions on the show. I like it (i'm not gay) as it tackles some issues in society that nobody else would. I do not however like the   :( gay sex scenes but you can look past them. It has lesbian sex scenes too  :).

I believ the first 2 seasons are out on DVD but this is a show I wouldn't consider adding to my collection.

So what do you think about it.

Never seen it.  Not that there's anything wrong with that.

There was pretty hard sex between an older man and an underage kid that nearly made me lose my lunch. Im all for freedom, and lack of censorship but i'll choose to exercise my rights and switch that show off.

Yup, that was the whole storyline, he was a schoolkid and his dad went nuts. The only episode I partly watched up till the buggery.

I cant stand this show, I dont need that sort of thing polluting the airwaves in my home.

I'm all for peoples rights to their freedoms, but I dont need this on my television.

I never watched the show.  The fuss that was kicked up abobut it, did remind me of "Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit", which was shown back in the late eighties (I think) - and had lesbian sex between two teenage girls (one played by the late Charlotte Coleman [RIP] - "Scarlet" in Four Weddings And A Funeral).

I never saw Queer as Folk so can't comment on it, I saw Oranges are not the only Fruit, that was fairly harmless.

I don't know why a TV show about People's sexuality can be so popular?

Never watched it although I'm glad they did a realistic (from what I hear?) show like it.
(Think, Will and Grace)  :nono:
