Goldfinger.  Sean Connery was great, the story was great, and it has that 60's movie flare.  A true classic.

Even though I think Connery was the best Bond actor, my favourite film is On Her Majesty's Secret Service

Goldeneye! I liked the game and the fact that game and movie got me interested in MR Bond I would like it the most. I have Goldfinger on DVD but I haven't watched it yet. I'll watch it when I can.  :)

Goldfinger is tops.  I mean it really is what became the classic Bond film formula: Bad guy with huge plan, beautiful girl that falls in love with Bond, Evil bad guy assistant(Oddjob) who has a quirk about them, and a huge ending.  I love all of the Connery Bonds.  However, if I had to pick a James Bond actor who is similar to the character in Fleming's books, I'd have to say that Timothy Dalton in The Living Daylights came the closest to what I've pictured Bond in my mind.

My favorites:

1. Spy Who Loved Me
2. Thunderball
3. Goldfinger

Moonraker is also up there. I love Jaws and some of his expressions in the movie are priceless!

You Only Live Twice. Not sure why, but it just stood out over the other Connery films for me for some reason.

I could never vote for The Living Daylights though, not so much because of Timothy Dalton, but because I'm pretty sure that at one point, the suave super-cool Bond tells the villain to "piss off". Very un-Bond-like! Maybe the pressure of the 80s was getting to him...

But why waste space by putting a dud like Octopussy up for the vote? "I must have seen that movie ... twice."

Goldeneye. I just prefer the (post-Moore) newer Bond movies (except for Die Another Day, which I though was poorly made). There's just something about the earlier movies which grates a little on me. Meh.

Favourite song?  Hmmm... either Goldfinger or Thunderball.  And for sheer campy enjoyment, The Man With The Golden Gun is the worst Bond song EVER, yet strangel enjoyable.  ("He'll shoot anyonnnnnnnne... with his golden guuuuuunnnnnnnnn" )

It's now official, I'm am the only person who likes "Tomorrow never dies" Maybe i got hooked by that (Honda?) Motorbike ad. He he he that was good  :)

Although, im not a huge Bond fan, ive never really given the old ones a chance, ive just seen the Pierce Brosnan ones, all on which are a good watch, but i dont exactly rush to see them... The last "New" one i saw was The World is not Enough, which was the first one i saw at the flicks... Yay! But from the ones ive seen (All PB ones before The World is not Enough) I'd say they are all too close to call... but i'll go for Goldeneye because its actually up there  :)
