Yeah, that was actually one of the first threads I started, but I remember my roommates rented the original last summer and smoked a bunch of hash while we watched, it was awesome

Man, I'm anxious to start seeing clips of final footage for this. I've wished for a live-action CGI transformers movie for years, and if the two apparent test reels (the red car next to a human, and the prius commercial?) are anything to judge by, it should be breathtaking.

I'm currious how much it will resemble the original storyline. I find the teaser baffling; what's mars got to do with anything? Our probe to mars happened to land right next to a Decepticon scout? Mainly I'm just anoyed by it's lack of real sample footage, but it is a teaser.

I heard that Peter Cullen is returning as the voice of Optimus Prime, and it's also rumored that Frank Welker may return to voice Megatron

I heard that Bumblebee wont be a Volkswagon but he'll be a Camaro. He should be a 206.
VAG (Volkswagon Audi Group) are not allowing any use of their cars, which means Sunstreaker, Side Swipe, and Break Down cannot be Lamborghini Murcielagos  and also means that Bumblebee can't be a new Beetle.
