I was never that crazy about any of the shows that the Cartoon Network made.

Another thing I love about Codename: Kids Next Door is its humor towards pop culture.

Episode Archive, was a parody of one of the shorts from The Animatrix, from what I understand.  I've never seen any of the shorts, but that KND episode was well done, and I expect the Animatrix short to be well done as well.

Another thing I like is Numbah three and the other girls' love for Rainbow Monkeys on the show. I know many girls who obsess about Beanie Babies and other stuffed toys just like Numbah 3 and it is annoying, but when Numbah 3 does it, it is cute.  And that is another reason why I think Numbah 3 is cute.

I remember an episode where the KND were in the middle of an ocean of aspargus and it was funny that Numbah 3 was willing to save her Happy Barbecue Rainbow Monkey from Numbah 4 who thought it was a cheeseburger and that aspargus monster ate Numbah 3.

Numbah 5: (after #3 was eaten) Numbah 3!
Numbah 4: The cheeseburger!
Numbah 5: Numbah 4, that monster just ate Numbah 3!
Numbah 4: But look, it left the cheesburger! She would have wanted me to have it!

That was funny, but sad.  KND is starting to becoming my next Futurama.  A show, I'm really getting into.

Those shows are for babies. The only time I was Cartoon Network is when Adult Swim is on and maybe Toonami and Miguzi.

Yo. Don't be so hard on KND. It's rare to find kids shows that are actually.. halfway-intelligent. ...And Number two is adorable.

Anybody else saw Justice League Unlimited yesterday?  I saw it, it was okay, but too soon to say.  It was great to see Green Arrow finally.  From what I heard from the comics, he and Green Lantern were partners.

The show is going to be like before; You know a different episode featuring a different superhero every week, only with a whole alot more superheroes.  Only this time it will be only one part episodes.

I've seen a little of it. It was really great to see new characters as well as old faces. Any more new episodes new week?

Yeah, next week, they're doing an adaptation of Alan Moore's classic story "For the Man who Has Everything".

I liked the original Johnny Bravo, and the handful of Dexter's Laboratory cartoons I caught. I never really watched anything else. With the exception of a few shows on Adult Swim (Futurama, ATHF, Home Movies), I haven't watched Cartoon Network in years.

Here is something really weird.  Codename KND has a villain named FATHER, and Futurama has a villain named MOM.

Joe Murray, the creator of Rocko's Modern Life, is making a cartoon for CN called Camp Lazlo. More info at http://www.joemurraystudio.com/lazlo.html

I love most of the Cartoon Cartoons, even the crappier ones.

I liked C:KND up until the episode A.R.C.H.I.V.E. It was the most disturbing thing I've ever seen. It's this kind of conspiracy crap that makes me believe the world isn't real and I'm some genetic experiment created by aliens and everyone besides me is artificial. Man, I need to get out more.

My opinion on C:KND :

[Tom Servo] I refuse to believe this program anymore. I believed it when Amy Wong skipped around, but now... [/Tom Servo]

It's a parody of The Animatrix episodes "The Second Renissance."

What's even more weird is that Maurice LaMarche does the voice of FATHER on KND.  And he uses an alter verison of the voice he uses to do the voice of MOM's son, Walt.

The show I watch the most on CN is Teen Titans. That show is awesome. I saw an episode this moring that involved
And they had a bunch of Slade's men/robots invading Titans Tower. It was like Helms Deep. Starfire being surrounded buy bad guys and then releasing a burst of energy, and then the bad guys exploded. If that's not a great form of badassery, I don't know what is.

FOP is a Nicktoon, not a Cartoon Cartoon. But I agree with you that FOP sometimes has slightly risque humor.

Risque humor? It's on Nickelodeon!

Fairly Oddparents's hook is saying the same joke literally about 50 times(I'm not even exaggerating) in a span of 9 minutes. For some reason that's supposed to be funny. Well I'm not laughing.

Cartoon Network was better back when you had to buy a black box to get it and the only shows they had were Looney Tunes, Cow and Chicken, Jonny Bravo, and Dexter's Lab. Oh, and they also had the old logo.

Codename: Kids Next Door comes to DVD this October 26th, featuring 10 episodes.

Isn't this the first time CN has released one of their cartoon shows on DVD?

Also, there is talk of a big screen KND movie coming out in 2006.

Cyberman: I think the movie will be animated like the show, just like the Powerpuff Girl movie.

David A: Yeah, you are right, I forgot about Samurai Jack . I remember seeing the commercial, about the special features.  Also, I hear there are plans for a "live action" movie for Samurai Jack, since I hear the show is coming to an end this fall.

1. My point was that the Kids Next Door DVD was not the first time CN had released one of their cartoon shows on DVD.  I don't care how many others there were, just that there were others.

2. Don't double post.  Use the button.

3. That link you posted made the page go all side scrolly.  Side scrolling is bad.  No one likes it.

4. Cow and Chicken is quite possibly the worst Cartoon Cartoon ever.  It's awful, awful stuff.

Really? John Kricfalusi (Ren and Stimpy's creator) and a whole lot of other people like it. Why can't I like it just because you don't?

This is what I predict the KND movie will involve:

Numbah 4 confesses his love for Numbah 3.

the show's creator has been preparing us for this moment, and it may come happen if this movie gets made.

They're both pretty awful.  Asking which one is worse is like asking which smells worse: dog vomit, or dog crap.

Well, after A.R.C.H.I.V.E. disturbed me more than anything else in the world I have nothing but hate for the show. C:KND is too silly for me. I want shows with some reality, like Futurama.
