Unless they're recent additions, they're not in the comics. I haven't heard of them, but I haven't read all of them.

I'm not very fond of Wolverine. There was never really much emphasis on his backstory in the comics and he just seemed like a baddass killing machine. I've always preferred the characters with more personality and that have more interesting backgrounds (e.g. Angel or Havok)

Actually Berzerker is in the comics, he was a random Morlock, His character killed in the issue he apeared in. I remember reading it in a website.

Im almost positive Gambit wont be in the movie as a main character. Hes too much like Wolverine. But dont give up hope, he may make a cameo. All i know is Shadowcat, Jubalie, and Colossus will have bigger roles in the next one, but still im not positive.

He did appear in the movie X-2. When Mystique is scanning a list of mutants on Stryker's list, one of the names that pops up is "Remy Lebeau". Hank Mccoy is interviewed on the news, and in the Weapon X labs, you can see x-rays of Archangel.


Hey, has anyone read the first two of "Astonishing X-men"? Pretty spiffy, I think. The art's ookay, but the writing is quite good. I like Larroca's new series of X-men for art- and it focuses on where Uncanny X-men left off..follows more onto Sammy aka Squidboy and Icarus.

My friend loaned me his copy of the rare 1980's X-men cartoon special.  "Pryde of the X-men".  It was a pilot episode for a series that never was.  Has anybody else seen "Pryde of the X-men"?  The animation reminded me of G.I. Joe or Thundercats.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen that, but I do remember seeing a couple of episodes of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends that had guest appearances by the X-men.  I liked those episodes a lot better than that silly X-men cartoon from the 90s.
