Mmm, I'm torn between Clerks and Chasing Amy.  Good thing this isn't a poll.

The ending of Chasing Amy always infuriates me, stupid dumbass bloke fantasy about crappy threesomes is a total cop-out.  For a sensible character like Holden, what haphazard logic was he applying to arrive at that as an answer to his hang-ups?

I decided.  Clerks.

Dogma. Always Dogma.

I've always thought that "Mallrats" was extremely underrated.

However, I'm in the same boat as Melllvar. Clerks and Chasing Amy are both really great, but I have to give the nod to Chasing Amy. It actually feels like a film, and not just a movie for fanboys.

All of them are equally great. But Dogma is clearly the best.  :p
Evan, wanna go see "Jersey Girl" together when it comes out?

Clerks is a classic, pity they cancelled the cartoon after 6 episodes. by far I liekd Chasing Amy the least it just did not have the charm of the other films.
Anyway go Kevin Smith with your mad comic writting skills.

Wait to see Clerks, Chasing Amy and Mallrats before that one.

Jay and Silent bob is refering to all the other movies. (And I think Jay and Bob is the only Kevin Smith movie that wasn't really good... but many people disagree)

I'm partial to Dogma, but then again, I know a few people who have some small bit parts in it.

Either Mallrats or Dogma . . .

Mallrats, just because that was the first one I saw.

Uh, tough question. Of course, I've seen them all, and Chasing Amy is the serious one among them. But the funniest is IMO Mallrats, but Dogma and Clerks are great as well and Jay and Silent Bob strike back is a class of his own.

The thing about Dogma (I really do like it, however....), is that I find that it's just a bunch of characters who's sole purpose is to explain the plot to each-other.

You kind of expect any of them to turn to the camera to ask, "Are you guys keeping up?"

Mallrats is vastly underrated and discovered the gem which is Jason Lee (he's fanstastic in every film I've seen him in).

The best single scene in any Kevin Smith movie is the scene in Chasing Amy where Alyssa and Banky compare injuries sustained while going down.

Excellent.

I can't decide, I love them all so much, they all had something that stuck out to me that makes it impossible to decide.

Dogma I thought was mad, but that sticks out cause I only saw it a couple of days ago, I think I'd go for it as my favourite, although I felt they dragged the ending out to long, it's all well and good to have this nice happy ending where the characters are hugs and kisses and everything is completely wrapped up, but it was too long and went over it all to much.

Chasing Amy was brilliant, but then I have a thing for sassy lesbians, I liked the ambiguous ending but thought the actual break up/threesome scene clashed to much with the rest of the film.

Clerks was a masterpiece, I don't think I'll ever forget the story of the guy who died trying to suck his own dick, it's a warning to all us guys out there, just don't try it.

Chasing Amy always stands aside from his other films, since it has a real story.
Not mention the fact that Jay and Silent Bob only have a minor role in that one. Minor, but not unimportant.

Chasing Amy - it always makes me cry... funny but emotional.
I love the bit in Scream 3 with Jay and Silent Bob... excellent.
