They make sense if you watch the whole season. (and that's the reason why a lot of people don't watch it because they haven't seen previous episodes)

It is hardly boring, twenty four episodes is hardly too long, it makes sense if you watch it all, if you don't bother watching every episode you don't deserve to understand it  :nono:

I love the show,, and think it's one of the best things on TV. Seriously though, after seeing the season 2 finale,

Just saw the final episode of season 2, (Although it's not finished in the UK yet).

I don't know what i prefer more, S1 or S2, they're very different.

Yeah it's a hard choice but in the end i'll probably go with season 2 because of cherri's role.

Cherrie is a great character, but her going out in S1 (Being dumped) was a great scene, i loved her lack of power.
Final Episode:
I also found Cherrie and Lynn's stand-offs great, my favourite being the meeting in the lift.

Favourite scene: Interrigation of Nina by Jack.

Favourite scene anything with Cherri.
Palmer is my second favourite character because he'd be a better president then Bush.

You really need to see S1, get the boxset, it is amazing. It sets up alot of the storyline for season 2 and is better.

What you should do is limit yourself to one episode a night, instead of watching normal television...... it should work. It did for me.

If you loved the characters of Nina and Sherry (I checked, it's spelled that way), then Season 1 is a must see, they play out some of their best scenes, episode 24 is probably Sherry's best.

Ah yes, the problem-child Kim. When S2 started i thought that she was more responsible, but her storylines kept getting more and more stupid. Why couldn't she make it to her aunt's damnit, get her out the way.

The problem is they couldn't have her too intergrated into the main plot as they did in S1, or it would seem too repetitive.

I love kim, everyone i know who watches the show thinks she's an annoying brat. I've never really liked Nina, She annoys me more than Kim.
Is it just me or do you think that all the women are treated really badly in the show?

Kim i find is annoying. She's too "unlucky" and her storylines are pathetic. Her character seems stupid and pathetic, that is why i find her annoying. At first i thought "cut her some slack" about those that hated her, but i began to agree with her.
S3 Info:

Nina i find is great, she's pure evil and the character you love to hate. Scenes with her and Jack seem great, the tension in them.

24 was a great show and season two was the best. It reminds me of the sum of all fears, except for one reason. The spoiler is for the sum of all fears. (24, too)

Since it's finished in the UK too, i suppose we can stop using spoilers.

We don't know if Palmer is dead yet, and i'm not fully sure if he is. Possible info about season 3:

And FOX are still bargaining over that (at least for Sky). It seems that the BBC's decision to switch to non-encrypted digital satellite (up till earlier this year, all BBC channels were broadcast through Sky's own satellite), which means that some people in northern France and other nations can pick up the BBC for free in digital. This is annoying FOX, who obviously have distribution deals set up for other European countries. So much, in fact, that the BBC may be forced to broadcast other programming on digital satellite when 24 airs. Of course, it probably won't come to that. (Doesn't affect me - NTL.  :p).

Interesting when you take this in conjunction with Tony Ball's (Sky chairman) complaint that the BBC should stop buying US shows (because they handle them much better than Sky One, perhaps?  ). I for one would hate to see any of the commercial channels getting 24 - I happen to like the commerical-free version.  ;)

I was really pleased with the pilot as well, they are not afraid to tackle topical issues and there is lots of potential in the storylines already.

I think

As for Kim

And I was so pleased to see

Isn't a pilot the first ever episode, after that they're just the first of a season?

And i'd hate commercial channels getting them as i'd hate to not see them or wait years to see them on TV. That and the adverts not being there are a good thing too  :)

From what I've heard, the new storylines sound really interesting, and I can't wait for it to start over here. I hope nothing goes wrong with the BBC though, it's the only one of their shows I watch with any regularity and the no ads makes a huge difference.

S3 has been airing for a few weeks now in the US and this season is just as interesting and riveting as in the past. Im glad to see that a show that i like is actually succeeding and not getting cancelled like every other show i've liked.

Now, this is a kick in the teeth for UK fans. The BBC has lost the rights to air Season Three, and Sky One has snapped them up. Although this means the terrestrial rights are going to Channel 4 (most likely), it still means an end to the advert free shows.
