Normally movies are the best thing on television, or the news if its something interesting.

DIVISIONAL GAMES THIS WEEKEND  EAGLES vs FALCONS and TITANS vs STEELERS also 49ERS vs BUCS finally JETS vs RAIDERS.  I will watch these games, and i can only hope that they are as good as last weekends games.  After NFL playoffs The next big thing to look forward to is MARCH Madness.

Yeah, the Jets winning 1000 to zero was EXCITING!

But seriously, the playoffs fucking rock this year. I like all of the teams playing, too. I don't think I'll be pissed off if anyone wins. Well, except for maybe the Eagles. Ah what the hell, they deserve it.

I have some friends who go/went to Virginia Tech, so I will root for Michael Vick and the Falcons for now.

    The Critic (UNDERRATED)
Married With Children (not on enough though)
Malcolm can be hilarious but sometimes it's bleh
    Cheers

They need to start showing re-runs of Night Court

This football season has been great, the last 2 wildcard games were unbelievable. Now to follow that up we get Donovan Vs. Michael for the first time. I can't wait.

Eagles will win, 49ers will win..... Titans will win, Jets will win

    That's 'The Fast Show'.

My favourites are terribly cliched and girly - Buffy and Friends.

But I'm also really into decent British humour. The Day Today, (Great sketch of Acton Swimming Baths... right next to where I used to work!) (and any show with Steve Coogan or Chris Morris in it) Mary Whitehouse Experience, (still the funniest thing that was ever on tv...) everything with Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson, anything written by Ben Elton, Red Dwarf, yadda yadda yadda... and am I the only person here who loved the League of Gentlemen...?

Also worth an honourable mention, Lee and Herring (possibly because I went to see This Morning with Richard NOT Judy filmed and one of them flirted with me...) - does anyone remember Fist of Fun? You want the moon on a stick, you do...

Lee: "Yeah, I know what women want."
Herring: "Yes, and what women want, Stu, is not you."
Lee: "That's right, that's what women want..."

The only shows I watch regularly on tV are:

    The Evening news
    Futurama
    Simpsons
    Enterprise
    NHL Hockey
And re-runs of Seinfeld, Cheers, Mash etc.

Prime time tv in N. America sucks harder than a vaccuum in a vaccuum.

Andy Reid is probably the best coach in the NFL, and I've been saying that way before he started winning without McNabb.

Jeff Fischer of the Titans is right up there with him. I can see them going to the superbowl, but the Jets are pretty streaky right now.

Do you really think the 49ers can beat Tampa Bay? They showed a lot of heart, coming back from the Giants and all...but come on, they were the GIANTS. And they still needed horrible special teams and a blown call by the refs to finish them off.

Anyway, to be more on topic...PTI is the best sports debatey type show on TV right now. Around The Horn has too many people, and they aren't as cool. What do you people think?

Around the Horn is bad cuz it scores on opinion, but I still watch it. I like seeing Woody Paige get muted.

PTI is the best thing to happen to sports since ESPN.

I see the most pathetic offense in Tampa WITHOUT Brad Johnson & the Niners are only weak on defense. It won't matter ths week that their corners are weak, they are good enough to shut Tampa down.

Jeff Garcia's the X-Factor & I see him having a great game...... if he can elude Simeon Rice & pay attention to where Derrick Brooks is at all times.

Are re-runs of Wonder Years still on?

I'm not sure about The Wonder Years. Reruns must not have rated very well, because the show has bounced around from syndication to Nick at Nite to TNN to wherever. I'm not sure where it's airing now(if it's being shown at all). If anyone finds out, be sure to let me know.

Tampa's offense sucks, but again--the Giants. Hardly an offensive powerhouse, and how many points did San Fran let up?

I suspect that while their ineffective offense will keep the final score close, Tampa Bay will basically dominate the entire game.

Also, Public Attorney, where did you hear that Brad Johnson isn't playing? I thought he was supposed to return in time for the playoffs. Though I admit, I don't really keep up with sports news, outside of my local paper's coverage and PTI(whenever I can catch it).

The usual: Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, Scrubs, Blackadder, Fr. Ted, Fawlty Towers, Allo' Allo', Flying Circus when it's on.

Anyone ever see a program called The Job?
Denis Leary's (ginger bloke who talks really fast, sings I'm An Asshole song) in it and he rules.
