Now that there's a third one planned i wonder, which one did you think was best out of the first two? I have played both and I can say they are both equal, but what you think is up to you.

I agree with speli the originals were very cool but out of those choices Sonic adventure 1. I didn't like that in the second one you would have to play a charater you did't like like to progress. Alright I do like Knuckles but his levels in Sonic Adventure 2 sucked.

I think I've played both, and they're both good.

What is this doing in the tv forum?

I 've played the first a couple of years ago. It was a Japanese import for the Dreamcast.

I've got the second one, and it's really good, although I'm stuck on one of those annoying battles ;) The Sonic levels are by far the best though. I've only played the 'emerald coast' level of the first one at Epcot, and that was pretty cool too. I'll vote them as equal :)

Tailsand Sonic are the best levels i agree, if knuckles were more like hist debut in the first game, it would have been diffrent.  :)

I played the first one briefly, and I found it a bit confusing. The second one looks intresting, and I might buy it on Gamecube.

I rented SA2 on Gamecube. I like the speed-infested levels of Sonic and Shadow, but the Knuckles stages bored and confused the hell out of me.

Strangely enough, they're also bringing in Sonic Adv. 1 to Gamecube. They're also bringing out a compilation of the old-school Sonic platform games. We didn't forget about the 16-bit games, we just wanted to play them on our 40-inch plasma TVs this time  :p
