Whoa I've been out of the loop for a while, mainly due to the fact I've been trying to get they cable thing working but huzzar it is now working. Thanks to this new cable connection i am no able to download Tenchi GXP at a reasonable rate, well not at the moment people and theur blasted modems.
Anyway so far the series is quite good i just wish they'd get a move on and realease the 3rd (apperently not the last, i might put the info in the tenchi Thread if i an find it.) OVA.

Hellsing is a cool series. When I first saw Alucard he did remind be of Vash (red coat, those glasses) but Alucard is definitly more phycotic.

Alucard doesn't really strike me as someone who'd believe in 'love and peace'.

And Vash has always reminded me of Spkie from "Bebop." More specifically, he reminds me of Cowboy Andy (well, duh!)

Asylum-Fry that episode also has LARGE amounts of Nudity, they are making fun of American films that ep so the female "heros" are naked for no reason, and everything blows up for no reason. I was laughing watching the entire episode.

Project A-ko is, if you ask me, the ultimate 80's Anime, from start to finish, the flim knocks off every single Anime production of the decade, and sets it to wonderfully corny synthesisers.  Many of the huge-names of 90s anime emerged from this Series of films, so it's a fairly important step for the business.

I reccomend it if you want to see the ultimate animated Cat fight, or the most beautifully rediculous battlesuit ever:

One thing about Project A-ko that makes it noteworthy: it's one of the few mainstream anime series in which all of the main characters are lesbians.

I wouldn't say they're lesbian (surely not after seeing A-ko 3).  They're just exteremly attached (or repulsed)to one another to such an extreme that you'd think it's a lesbian cat-fight.

Of course the whole project started out as a Hentai video-release, before the Project took on a life of its own, so maybe, yeah.  Originally intended as a lesbian love-fest/catfight.  Turned out to be an anime-parodying slapstick romp with tons of panytshots.

Project A-ko reduced (According to T.H.E.M. anime reviews):

I still maintain that the Animatrix is overrated. I think I might have reviewed it in the old movie thread (or meant to, at least). There are a few good episodes to it, but the rest is between "meh" and "god-awful."

And, honestly, I don't know how much replay value it has. Akira is awesome, though.
