Everyone had a go at Rik, but as he said his wife is actually Jewish, so it's not like he's gonna be anything like serious when being Hitler.
Although I haven't seen that either, and would quite like to see it  :)

This summer...everybody...will...die!

Everybody Dies III, coming to a theater near you.

I love commercials like that. I also love movie trailers where they almost cuss, but it gets cut off at the last second, possibly interrupted by an explosion or something.

After the Rik thing, there was an article in the paper entitled "Why it's alright to make fun of Hitler" and it was good.

Now all I can think of is Basil Fawlty's walk.  :laff:

The advert I hate at the moment is the one for the film 'Signs'. I have only seen it once, but I knew what was gonna happen and when it did I laughed my head off while my mates had just jumped outta their seats! And now one of them keeps going "I wanna see Signs I wanna see Signs" and I refuse to go with her.

I can't stand any Channel 5 advert saying "Do you want a loan, but people keep refusing you because your old?".

I swear nearly all the movie trailers use the same guy as the voice over.

People people. The worst commercials are obviously either products that feature "as seen on TV" on the label, or Gold Bond Medicated Powder. I'm personally more annoyed by gold bond, and the people who use it.

There was one that used to be on a while ago that was really scary. It started pitch black and it was the guy panicking, and he keeps saying sorry and stuff. Then it zooms really quickly out and it was in a grave, and you realize the guy is dead. I really get creeped out by that commercial.

Theres this one advert that I absolutely HATE and its shown in Britain and its for 'Diamond' car insurance. Its these 2 stupid bimbos going on about how they saved so much money on their car insurance that they can afford to treat each other to coffee  :hmpf: Its soooooooooo fake and cheesy and that sort of crap DOES NOT happen in real life and I get majorly annoyed watching it. As if you do just argue over whos going to pay for a stupid cup of coffee. I dont get annoyed easily at all but this advert really gets me annoyed to the point where I just have to switch the channel over before getting the urge to throw something through the TV  ;)

This is a McDonalds commercial they show around here.  It 's supposed to be trendy, stylish, flashy,  and so on.  It 's even more obnoxious, that 's all.
The McDonalds restaurant in this advertisement looks like a discobar that was designed by the gayest architect they could find.

Funny bit...on last night's Conan (I think it was last night's), they had a little scene in which Ronald got fired for his new "bad attitude". He'd go around to people eating competitor's fast food, and smack it out of their hands.    :evillaugh:

The French Dude in the Renault ads is footballer Thierry Henry, who plays for Arsenal (that's the team all the glory-hunters are joining now that Man U's season's gone down the toilet).

Does anyone think that qualifies for least favourite commercials? I mean, although it's unbelievably irritating "Which wun has the vavavoom? De rabbit of courrse", it's a bit like that Samuel L Jackson Barclays' advert, in that it's memorable ("Is it 'joiedelavie... or is it 'jenesaisquoi'?" ).

Oh no! Not the Barclays advert! There is an advert on the BBC for Johnny Vaughan's show in which he takes the mick out of it.

A taster:
"Nice shoes" I said. "I know" he said. "How much?" I said. "You can't put a price on the stars!" he said. "I know!" I said. "So how much?" I said. "100 bucks!" he said. "I'll take them!" I said. "Too late" he said. "Shop's closed" he said. I can't repeat what I just said.

And there is another!

One day a pig left to go to the market. He had a hill of beans and a skip in his step....
