Does anyone remember this late night show on channel 2? It had the voice of Bob Monkhouse as Mr Hell.

Is this another British/European show? We miss out on all the "good" programming in the US!

That's what I said, but do they listen? Noooooooo. I tell ya, if I was an admin... this place would probably collapse in flames, so it's better I'm not.

No, you just dont watch enough TV and talk about it. I cant believe there arent any good shows in the US.

Or, we don't start a thread for every single series.

*bump*

What's with all the "meh" type reactions? I thought this show was pretty good, although slightly bitty. It's on in Australia on the Comedy Channel at 10:30am on Sundays, and I saw a couple of eps in the last couple of weeks. It's actually not bad, or at least some of the segments aren't. I loved the Diary of an Englishwoman (check out the ads on the carriages  :laff: ), and they did a great Lion King spoof. And I thought the voice of Mr Hell was fine - or is he some Eddie Maguire-esque annoying TV personality out of the show? In any case, I thought "Aaaah! It's the Mr Hell Show!" was really quite reasonable entertainment and pretty funny at times. Anyone else enjoy the show?

A bump from two years ago is pretty impressive. It is interesting to see some old Peelers tht I have never heard of.

Mr Hell? Lucky to get one decent joke an episode. Constant random weirdness backed up the odd sex joke and some of the blandest parodies ever and you have a show that, whilst it had potential, generally failed miserably. Hmph.  :hmpf:
