Try the first episode, "Esteemers".

I'm too cool for the nerds, but not cool enough for the cool people.

I wouldn't say I was cool in any sense of the word.  But for sure I'm too much of a regular guy to be a nerd, but was too geeky to be in any of the popular groups.

I thought I posted in this thread before... but maybe I posted in some other daria thread

Anyways I like the show a lot, and it does have relatively realistic relationship roles displayed.  But the big thing that I get out of it, is the interaction between all the side characters, such as Kevin and Britney and the teachers and the Fashion Club.  These are the hilarities that make the show special.  Sure any show can have a stupid jock and some conceited princess girls and a deranged teacher, but would they have displayed it in the same manner that Daria has?  I don't think so.  On a last note, I especially like the drawing style that Daria is in, it's very clean and all the lines are bold and simple.

I used the search feature to find this one, and there is another Daria thread.

I also like Daria's drawing style.  The characters are vaguely similar in style to the KotH characters (possibly because both are derived from Beavis & Butthead), but Daria's are simpler and more expressive.

I got two episodes, Malled and The Lawndale File, and they're both great. The two Daria movies haven't been released here on DVD though, and of course the episodes haven't been released anywhere. I'll just sit back and wait.

I like the show, though I don't get around to watching it as much anymore.

It's a great show, but there's two movies? I thought there was only one.

There are two movies: Is it Fall Yet?, which takes place between season 4 and season 5, and Is it College Yet?, which takes place at the end of season 5 and closes out the series.
