Does anyone think Seth McFarlene is the new Norman Lear?  Think about it.  Family Guy was obviously his 'All In the Family', American Dad was tailored after that show as well.  And Cleveland is obviously his Jeffersons.   Is Seth McFarlene going down the same path as Norman Lear?  Or is he trying to being like him?  Also, his show "The Winner" was cancelled too and Norman Lear has had some flops in his day, too.
