I think he's just referring to the fact that Linda is voiced by a dude. So in theory, you could be considered gay for thinking he/she's hot no matter which gender you are.

Either way, the outcome is you getting called a little gaywad?

Speaking of appearances, I find it surreal that the Archer universe appears to have no legitimately ugly inhabitants. Even Pam and Cyril have lovely complexions and nicely symmetrical features.

Question: when Cheryl screamed at the end, was that the show's first dolly zoom? I think it waaaaas, yes, yes, I do! :)

I wasn't too impressed with the episode. But the Ostrich at the end obviously made it. Had to do a double take, I've got good hopes for the rest of the season.

Isn't that a sort of reflection on society Mole? No ugly inhabitants :p haha.

ISIS weeded out the ugly agents.

Also, yesterday's episode was second to none. SGB and I watched it together and we loved it.

So is it just me, or has Katya turned into a master manipulator? She set up Archer to bring Barry back from space, she usurped Barry's position in the KGB, and she even offered to screw someone just to get a drink. An even better question is, has she always been like this?

Does anyone know when season 4 will be available on DVD or Netflix?
I missed about the first half of season 4 and would really like to get caught up on it.

The way Netflix works as someone explained to me was that they release the previous season when the new season airs. As in when season 4 of Archer started on FX, that's when season 3 appeared on Netflix. I'm going off Netflix because I was a whole season behind when season 4 started. So should season 5 happen I'll only be starting season 4.

That trailer's the best thing I've ever seen! I just watched it around five times, and I still think it's hilarious. I can't wait for new Archer.  :D

That premiere was a lot of a fun. I thought all of it worked, except I definitely could have done without them padding it out with that excessively long trailer at the end. It did get me incredibly psyched for the season though, so mission accomplished I suppose.

I think the trailer was kind of necessary to let the audience know that even though they completely changed format, it can still be a great show.

I dunno, as much as I loved the trailer, it was unnecessary to make it an actual part of the actual episode; especially if all the footage is going to appear this season anyway. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed the premiere - it was very nice to see the return of that spark and wit that made me fall in love with this show in the first place, after a lackluster fourth season. And Krieger's in the intro now, too! :D

I'm... confused and aroused. The series appears to have intentionally jumped a shark, and done it in a way that doesn't seem like it's going to have a detrimental effect.

Like Palpatine with Anakin Skywalker, I shall be watching with great interest. Also like Palpatine with Anakin Skywalker, I expect that I shall ultimately regret it and fall to my death in the nuclear furnace at the heart of a spaceborne battle station intended as a weapon of planetary destruction.

Yes, my expectations about anything are generally wildly unreasonable.

Well, they pretty much used up every spy trope in the previous four seasons, so I'm looking forward to see where this goes, but I wouldn't put it past this being the final season

To be fair, was anyone really watching it for the spy stuff? As fun as it was, this show's strongest points have always been its dialogue and the cast's performance. As long as that remains in tact, this show could survive pretty much any change of setting/premise.

The animation itself leaves a little to be desired, but it's perfectly acceptable given the show's low budget. The beautifully drawn backgrounds and the great character designs more than make up for the way it's all animated, in my opinion.

Pam has always been the funniest character for me. I just hope they don't overuse her this season, considering how heavily they used her for jokes in the past two episodes. Her being all coked up is hilarious, but if she's this in-our-faces the whole season it might get old, which I definitely don't want.

The thing is though Pam is very much a character like Homer, Cheryl, Fry, Roger and Bender, she's not a one joke pony and has a wide variety of different sources of comedy rather then just one or two.  Maybe it will be a joke about her sexual desires, her lust for food, her loneliness, her life on the farm, her hidden badass tendancies like her underground fighting rim or her siamise fighting fish b outs or her driftracing against the Yazukza.   She's an extremely unpredictable character, far more so then say Archer or Lana the two leads, or characters higher then her in the show\s importance like Cyril and Mallory.  Hell Pam could easily have her own show, since they are so diverse in their styles of humour that none of their particular tendancies would end up being overused or scraped thin.   Hell, maybe even more then Cheryl because Cheryl's particular quirks and non-sequiters mostly branch off from her mental instablity and mental illnesses, whilst Pam's personality isn't narrowed down so much.

 :O_o:

Oh, the horrific images. Pam's ninjitsu anus being pitted against various creatures of the shadowy spy and drug dealer underworld in pitched battles to the death. I really hope that doesn't become a spinoff.  :nono:

Pfft, it could just be Pam in a giant robot smashing the shit out of kaiju in Hong Kong, but some people are always just too perverted.  You wouldn't have thought have jumped to that conclusion unless you arrived at that destination at some point int he past before.
