Either way, the outcome is you getting called a little gaywad? Speaking of appearances, I find it surreal that the Archer universe appears to have no legitimately ugly inhabitants. Even Pam and Cyril have lovely complexions and nicely symmetrical features. Question: when Cheryl screamed at the end, was that the show's first dolly zoom? I think it waaaaas, yes, yes, I do!

I wasn't too impressed with the episode. But the Ostrich at the end obviously made it. Had to do a double take, I've got good hopes for the rest of the season. Isn't that a sort of reflection on society Mole? No ugly inhabitants haha.

I dunno, as much as I loved the trailer, it was unnecessary to make it an actual part of the actual episode; especially if all the footage is going to appear this season anyway. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed the premiere - it was very nice to see the return of that spark and wit that made me fall in love with this show in the first place, after a lackluster fourth season. And Krieger's in the intro now, too! Sploosh.

To be fair, was anyone really watching it for the spy stuff? As fun as it was, this show's strongest points have always been its dialogue and the cast's performance. As long as that remains in tact, this show could survive pretty much any change of setting/premise.

I haven't really watched Archer but it seems nice.
Except for it's offspring, Chozen.. That seems like a pile of shit.

The animation itself leaves a little to be desired, but it's perfectly acceptable given the show's low budget. The beautifully drawn backgrounds and the great character designs more than make up for the way it's all animated, in my opinion.

The thing is though Pam is very much a character like Homer, Cheryl, Fry, Roger and Bender, she's not a one joke pony and has a wide variety of different sources of comedy rather then just one or two. Maybe it will be a joke about her sexual desires, her lust for food, her loneliness, her life on the farm, her hidden badass tendancies like her underground fighting rim or her siamise fighting fish b outs or her driftracing against the Yazukza. She's an extremely unpredictable character, far more so then say Archer or Lana the two leads, or characters higher then her in the show\s importance like Cyril and Mallory. Hell Pam could easily have her own show, since they are so diverse in their styles of humour that none of their particular tendancies would end up being overused or scraped thin. Hell, maybe even more then Cheryl because Cheryl's particular quirks and non-sequiters mostly branch off from her mental instablity and mental illnesses, whilst Pam's personality isn't narrowed down so much.
