ugh, I am so sick of this.  When exactly did we get to the point that we decided the threat of violence from a handful of religious wackos was enough to limit our freedom of speech?  Showing Jesus watching porn is fine, but lets not offend the muslims, oh my no.  Props to Matt and Trey for trying to make the public see how rediculous this all is.

Exactly. Jesus calling Buddah a fag is correct, Mitch Connor calling the chinese gooks, Cartman being basically little Hitler is fine, but Z0MG DON'T SHOW MUHAMMAD....they basically admit they're scared of terrorists.

Oh I see I was also censored by tinypic. Are they muslims or just pussies ?

Well I've lost a lot of respect for Comedy Central. I didn't even get a chance to see it. Allow me to respond in the following way.

What season was that? ^
Nevermind, had a look and he's in the season 10 opening anyway.

I liked Scot Tennermans Batman comic reference to The Killing Joke, taking Cartman on a rollercoaster like the Joker did to Commissioner Gordon.

We're whalers on the moon..

Heh, people upset about a show making fun of things for the fact that it is ridiculous for people to get upset about people making fun of things. ADERP.

Has anyone seen the website that threatened Matt and Trey over the Muhammad thing recently?

Boom!

On the subject of 201: I have yet to see it, as I'm in Young until tomorrow. Once I'm back at my house and I can finish downloading it, I'll comment on whether or not I liked it.

The second one was okay, too. Superbestfriends were again the highest point, heheh. It definitely didn't need to be a two-parter, even if they do claim it was part of the satire, but still - another winner for the season!  :)

Sudden observation: I think at this point, the number of episodes dedicated to Muhammed censorship officially overtook the number of times Kenny has spoken clearly (4 to 3!)

That's freakin awesom Jez. Continue to pull strings Trey and Matt, even though you might not even be doing it :)

I thought 201 was really good aside from the disappointment of not getting to see Muhammad and not getting to hear the "I learned something today" speech. Looks like Comedy Central Pussed out again.

"Hey, let's dig up a bunch of old plot lines, references, characters, and about as many in-jokes we can stuff into two episodes without actually airing a clip show."

I get the references, it was just so... circle-jerky.

Yes, it was definitely leaning towards self-indulgent, but I guess they deserved to every once in a while. I was just happy to see Dr Maphesto in a prominent role again...

Rarely. "Bitch" is my informal job title, actually. Also, the girl from 2001 aged 9 years and started drinking more.

I haven't seen ads for any South Park box sets, there just seems to be a new one out every few times I go to Kmart. But yeah, season 9 is out which means that all the seasons from 1-13 are finally all out. (Oh yeah, season 13 is also out, but I have yet to get it.)

I didn't mean ads on tv, just that they put it on a stand out the front with all the other recent boxsets, and it still costs 10-20 bucks more than the rest. And when I look in the part where the rest of the seasons are they never have 7 or 9. This seems a little silly. You live in a small town and you have a bigger range of things to choose from!
