Hey pitt IM curious did you like the Conqueror of Shamballa? some people argued it ruined the series, i liked it though, i thought it was great, i mean its not the fairy tale ending everybody wants but niether was the end of the series, i think it tied it up nicely, but thats what makes it great, FMA is probably my favorite series, and i know everyones like " o its overated" i dont care its amazing
Some of the shine of the series goes away after they reveal what's on the other side of the gate. I mean, that's the kind of Sci-fi twisty plot I'd expect in a star trek episode, not the culmination of an epic saga like FMA. Since CoS is a continuation of the parallel Nazi universe it too loses some luster. Also, the final battle is an absolute cluster fuck. But the series is one of the very few examples I can think of wherin the awesomeness of the story as a whole makes up for a weaker ending.
>>Winry's a much better match for Ed. I mean, he has metal parts and she's a mechanic; they're perfect for each other.
Booooo! You won't sink my battle-ship. Roze deserved someone with Ed's strength and loyalty. IMO, She gets it worse than any other character (With the possible exception of Dog-girl). I thought she would be a perfect match for Ed.
Now, I love mechanic chicks. Gadget, Kaylee, that scene where Leia's trying to fix the Millennium Falcon. These things all make me very fanboy. So please understand what I am about to say: Winry annoyed the hell out of me. Every scene she was in all she did was go spastic, try to break something, flirt all over Edward and be an overall nuisance. She couldn't even spy correctly. Then, and now, I still think she was the weakest "Major" character of the series. I'd rather Edward paired with Izumi or Risa...Hell even Sheska over her. Thank god I no longer read fanfiction.
