For the last few weeks I haven't been watching any TV (well apart from Sky movies) and there is crap all on. Even I find Cleb BB boring. I can't stand coolio. It won't be boring for long when Skins returns on TV on Thursday.

Has anyone seen No Heroics?
I think I saw the pilot, it was pretty good, a parody of Heroes kinda.

So, they've made Spaceballs: The Animated Series. It blows monkey chunks. Some of the episodes are ok, some suck asssssss, and the voice acting is so terrible! I mean its not at all a worthy successor to the movie which I love.

But dammit I can't stop watching it. I love to hate it. I mean its like when I eat a donut, I know its disgusting I can taste the fat. When I watch this show I feel bad but I don't know. I can tolerate the crapiness of this show and sit there and waste a few hours on Hulu.

General television-related mini-rant, I understand why networks don't want to put all episodes of their shows online. I don't agree, but I understand. Given that, though, what I can't begin to fathom is why they don't always make the the first few episodes available free online. I often want to see if a show is worth checking out, and I don't want to watch the most recent five episodes, I want to watch the first five.

Also, they really just need to give it up and stream them all free online. It's the most economical solution to piracy - if all your shows are available as legal streams, even with commercials, it's not worth the trouble for most people to rip it off. Then digital piracy becomes as much a non-issue as VCRs - appliances designed specifically to rip off broadcast television - were in the analog era.

Of course, none of this can really happen until all of the tv industry stops squabbling about how to slice up the pie - apparently there's a probable Actor's strike looming, exact same motivation as the writers' strike last year. Why they couldn't just all strike together I do not know. Fuck them in the ear, I say.

Maybe the new BSG season will get split up, and we'll have to wait 8 months!!

Also... I agree about the streaming bit... if they stream all the episodes with commercials in them, I certainly don't mind watching that way.  With one exception... some of the channels streaming thing gays with the commercials... if I try to skip somewhere it plays like 18 commercials in a row.  Needs to be smarter.... I don't mind watching the commercials, but not 18 in a row.

Watch Charlie Brookers other stuff too, they rock.

Also, is it my imagination or wasn't their once an animated sitcom about a guy who's lifensucked until be became wheelchair bound and sued somebody and then had adventures with his equally crippled friends in a big mansion?

LOST is back though... so that would be a good thing.

Also, last season started in September, and it only finished in november, so i'm guessing it's going to be a while.

Yeah, they blew through the season pretty quick by showing 2 at a time. The last 2 seasons started in September.

I love Bewitched! Never watched it before this weekend, and oh its so wholesome and simple I just adore it.

Then I think about the movie, which I saw in theaters, and I want to cry for my ignorance.

Trust Me was pretty good.

I've not seen madmen, but i'd assume it to be much better than this. It's funny that Clio was the award they were clamoring over, we've got a bunch of them.

Up to Sopranos season 4, I love spotting guest stars from other shows: Carla from Scrubs, G.O.B. (Will Arnett), and Omar (yes chay, The Wire's Omar) have all made appearances, hehee.

I saw it a few times. I thought it was interesting, but I wasn't that into it. I liked it when they had to use the contraption. :laff:

I was forced to watch that show dozens of times in high school. It wasn't a bad show but I got sick of it real fast considering the circumstances.

Dear Mr Steve Coogan and Baby Cow Productions, thanks for making me laugh. Keep it up.

And dear ITV, fuck you for ruining Red Dwarf forever by crossing it over with the 2nd most obnoxious British soap on TV. Bastards.

Just watched Dollhouse and as a first episode it was alright- ok not great.

Then again Welcome to Hellmouth and City of Angels were hardly the best of their respective series.

I will assume that the beginning was a little bit of a fake out to lead the viewer to perhaps believe Echo was in fact Faith but the ending seemed to prove otherwise.

Will continue to watch and hope that Fox don't make a mess of things like they did last time.

In other news there may be a new Charlie brooker series on the way in a similar format of Screenwipe but going over the weeks news.
