In my own simple mind I believe that DS9 was by far the best Star Trek series. Followed by Voyager, TNG. So far I'm very disapointed in Enterprise (mainly because it hasn't taken the Star Trek name)

But I've seen all Star Trek TNG Movies at the pictures and I'm not about to miss a beat. Also I'm looking forward to this movie. Woohoo, Star Trek rocks

I agree with you, BlackAdder. DS9 is, with no competition, the best ST series. Solid plots, great characters, continously development of said characters, and a keen eye for continuity and planning ahead.

V'ger was almost the exact opposite. Sure, they had Seven and the Doctor, but that's all I can think of for good characters. Some very good episodes, and storys, but the main part of episodes was just meh. And the "reset button" (c and Tm), don't get me started.

TNG ranks right after DS9, with TOS a few notches back.

Now to the topic at hand. Will Wheaton said a couple weeks ago, that he was very exited about this job, and that he was doing it for the fans. Apparently many fans has asked him if he might return to the TNG crew at one time or another. Whether it was Wes Crusher-fans (apparantely they do exist    ), Will Wheaton-fans or TNG-fans was not made clear.

It is scary to think that he has fans, perhaps he employs them, or they are confusing him with somebody else

I, for one, don't mind at all the original cast of ST TNG getting together again. It's my favorite ST series. The only thing good that's missing is Q. Wil Wheaton doesn't bug me. I mean, it's been over 10 years. I'm really glad Lwuxana Troy is in it. She's a trip.
