*looks at Speed Racer trailer* Why are they ruining my childhood?!
*looks at Ice Age 3 trailer* Why are they ruining my logical reasoning?!
*looks at Watchman video-journal* Why are they... actually, that looks pretty cool.

I consider myself kin to Hellboy. To the extent that I am a boy, and I am frequently told to go to hell.
HB2 has been a long time coming. I can barely contain myself. I blame the Red one for my cigar habit.

Homoerotic Espionage Action may be making its way onto the big screen in a few years. A movie adaptation of Metal Gear Solid is in the works: http://mgs.moviechronicles.com/ It's raining men...

I'm sold! Hehe, I can see it now. Another Batman film to get an Oscar nod. Heard it here first! Oh, and is it just me, or does that Speed Racer poster just scream Flash Gordon? Am I alone on that one?

I agree though. I have super-high hopes for The Dark Knight, I am moderately enthused about Iron Man as a special effects extravaganza, and I cannot meh hard enough for the new(est) Hulk.

My money's on Two Face, considering Harvey Dent is introduced in The Dark Knight.

Arnold was a good choice for Mr. Freeze (but better for Doctor Octopus, in my opinion), but they have totally fucked up the character in Batman and Robin. They just made him a mad scientist with a cold fetish. Remember Mr. Freeze from TAS? Now that Mr. Freeze was great. He made Batman look like a whiny, emo punk.

I saw a Dark Knight trailer before Iron Man which I went and saw today. Actually, it was that trailer FazeShift just posted. Iron Man was pretty decent... the plot seemed to waver at times, and I'm not so sure the villain was convincing. However, the casting was fantastic, the special effects were nice (personally, I wanted to see more of Iron Man in action than the movie allowed), and how the handled the origin story was well done. It may not be the best movie ever, but it was certainly worth watching. Apparently the new Hulk movie (there was a trailer for that too) is going to nullify the recent one that came before it; which I never heard anything bad about, but never saw and apparently it wasn't good (?). Anyways... the reason they want to do the Hulk movie over is because they're planning on milking this franchise out... They have an Avengers movie planned. The best thing I see going for the new Hulk movie is that Edward Norton other than reprising the main role also had a heavy hand in making the movie storywise. That says a lot because he's putting his reputation on the line and if the movie sucks balls it's pretty much all his fault; I don't think I'm a big fan of the CG that I saw in the trailer, but if everything else is better than I could probably overlook that. Also, let's just be clear, I never liked the cast choices for the latest Spiderman franchise. As for Mr. Freeze. I don't know that we can blame the acting cast for those last two movies. It was totally the direction the movies were going in that ruined that franchise. Funny thing is, Mr. Freeze was redone in a dark believable manner for TaS, and that was a direct result of the first two Batman movies. Before that Mr. Freeze didn't have a decent backstory and was just some crazy scientist who liked it cold, then they went back to that for some reason with those movies.... I really don't like those last two movies... Hollywood video always seems to have stuff from those last two movies plastered all over the walls, like Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face.... That just doesn't make any sense... I'm surprised people don't just deliberately not go in there because of that......
