Mr. Friendly aka Zeke?

He was the guy Ethan spoke with in the Episode where Claire remembered her abduction...and he's not in charge.   :p

Did the rich woman really hire two Brasilians (?) to man an antarctic station, just to find Desmond back?

Were they Brazilians? I would have guessed Russians or something, but maybe that's because I assumed it was in Siberia or somewhere... I guess Antarctica makes a bit more sense, right hemisphere for one.
Did the guy definately say "I think we found it", OR, "I think we found him"...??

They spoke Portugese. Which means that these guys could have been Brasillians.

They found it, because they were looking for an electromagnetic anomaly.

Hard to tell if they knew that there was a connection between the anomaly and Desmond.

However, we do know how long they have been searching....because they were afraid that they have missed it again, so it seems that they did notice it when it crashed the plane, but that they were unable to pinpoint the location of the discharge...

Fuck, finally watched it. I sure am impresses with that. It just left me....wowing. It was very good i thought.

Now, questions:

The 4 toed left foot? My friend said thats part of some ancient mythology.

Whar part of "get out of here as fast as you can" didn't Locke get? was it the "fast"? or the "out"?

Do you think michael will actually bail?

So, "Henry" is the head other?

the desmond libby link, awesome!

isn't the show so much better without Ana Lucia?

I am still amazed by this episode, it was brilliant!

Yeah, I read that also. But I also read that it was supposedly stock footage.

But what's more interesting to know would be what that oversized parrot thingy was...

Libby was in the finale? Where was she, because I couldn't catch her. (I must not have been giving the TV my full attention. -_-)

SEASON 3 INFO (FROM THE PODCAST):

*Season 3 begins late September and will have 6 consecutive episodes to start, there will be a mini cliffhanger and then a 12 week break. The rest of the episodes will start in February and run straight to the finale with no reruns.

*The foot with four toes will be brought up in future episodes.

*That was not Jack at the end of the episode speaking Portuguese.

*The ramifications of the hatch being imploded will be brought up next season and they hint at Desmond still being alive.

*If given more time the writers would have done the Michael confrontation scene differently.

*The first batch of episodes next season will be about why Jack, Kate and Sawyer were taken.

*More character relationships next season.

I'm kinda bummed about the long break, but I think it will be better in the long run.

Uhh Eyedol... *That was not Jack at the end of the episode speaking Portuguese. - who the hell thought that was Jack?

*The ramifications of the hatch being imploded will be brought up next season and they hint at Desmond still being alive. - how could it NOT be brought up.

12 week break, Fucking rediculous.  Why even bother with having a 3rd season.  Maybe if they would film the show differently - as in not week to week, it wouldnt have to repeat so much.  Lame.

They are breaking up the seasons because if the show is canceled mid way through they aren't with a useless half of a season, just like Prison Break.  But Lost is almost a guarantee that it won't be cancelled so it is dumb unless they have a better reason.

Did that bird just say my name?

Ah yes, the myth of the clumsy lumberjack.  Seriously, the statue is obviously one of Matt Groening's earlier works.

And I was thinking about Henry's ploy.  He was very clever to lead his captors into believing he was a small banana.  He still might be a small banana compared to Hanso bigwigs, of course, but it was still a good move.

Lots of people when they saw that Portugese guy at the first time. But that must have confused them so much that they stopped watching the scene. Because otherwise they would have realized that it wasn't Jack...  :p

Well, at least it's honest and a lot better than that what they did this season. The other alternative would have been to do it like '24', but that would have meant no new episodes until next year...

I didn't mean that prison break was left with a useless half of a season, it was picked up.  But if it wasn't picked up then they would have half of a season in which would have been paid for and shot but never seen be the public, it's a safety net for the company.  They make a few episodes, wait to see if they want more, then make the show but having to air it months later.

I'm not saying that the way how '24' is broadcasted is bad, but I can imagine that some people would have been upset if they had annouced that 'Lost' season 3 starts somewhen next year.   ;)

well, if they have to take breaks that long, they should play the season again, in order, to review and for people to catch up, unlike this season where it was random

Amy, i'm with you. As if that looked like jack. Foo'

The posts were deleted because me and VF are dealing with it by e-mail, so they were no longer neccesary.

As for the scheduling for season three, i'm all in favour of it if it stops people whining about the repeats every damned week. Seriously, I had no problems this year with the crazy on-again/off-again arrangement as it allowed for some breathing room between downloads, and meant that people focussed more on each episode. But it was just absolutely insane how so many people equated the scheduling with the quality of the show, when they're both two very different animals. Yeah, you can talk about momentum and all that, but if you've got a memory longer than a week, that shouldn't really matter. Damned casual viewers.

Anyway, the 6-week-run, 12-week break, uninterrupted-run-from-february-through-may deal sounds pretty good. It means we get a nice juicy bunch of episodes to tie up the loose ends from the finale in its own mini-arc which will also set up the main run's story. I can't wait.

Actually the Hanso webpage constantly crashes my Opera browers, thus I have to use the IE to view it.
(Which proves that the Hanso Foundation is evil.)

The MFI Forecast map. And as I said, I have no clue what it's for...

a few things, major new things on the site. go to the World Health thingy and then the press release click miracle then type heavy water. (there's another jeep commercial on theletyourcompassguideyou site.

ALSO, the LOST ninja, (Aussie version of speaker) was giving out copies of bad twin in the city today. So on my lunch break i ran to the station (st leonards for anyone who knows) caught a train into the city (20 mins) ran to circular quay and asked to receptionist in old customs house "What did one snowman say to the other?" to which she replies "Smells like carrots" then handed over a book! had a few seconds to admire it, then ran back to the station, hoped on a train, ran back to work then was only 10 minutes late!

After getting the book me and my friend were snapped, so if ours pics turn up on any site, i'll be sure to post them!

Its creepy, there's a few highlighted words and paragraphs through out the book.
