House is so great series with it's humor and mystery solving elements. I'm now (re-)rewatching the series and best episodes are those season finales with hallucinations. It's just appealing to watch House dealing with hallucinations and then realise nothing of that really happened. Other that that, it's so much fun to follow House and Wilson deal with each other. Huh, it's about diagnosing patients? Well, patients are usually interesting too...

With House having some elements referring to Sherlock Holmes, ending seemed appropiate. Ending with House dying works good, but him coming back at the very end is even better.
