I loved yesterday's episode!  The pranks were the best part!  At first I thought it was Foreman's brother that did the pranks.   As it turns out it was Lucas!  Hilarious!

The next episode about Cuddy doesn't look too promising.

BTW, did anyone see that Family Guy episode where they meet House?  His character was used only as a cheap gag.  Not funny.  House should be on American Dad, instead.  If he had been on AD, the writers would've given him more of a purpose.

I liked the dramatic turn & zoom, "the apossum... was meant for me!!"
Haha.

Cuddy should get her own episode! If Wilson can, Cuddy can.

House reminds me of myself in many ways, but i'm probably still .01% the mad scientist he is. And let's not mention the coolness.

I enjoyed it; the ending seemed a bit predictable, as with everything piling up against her so quickly at the beginning it was obvious 5 minutes in a complete reversal was coming, but didn't stop me from enjoying it. A friend objected that they rushed the total reversal of everything at the end, and I admit it's kindof lazy writing, but again, didn't stop me from enjoying it. Also, doesn't every episode of house do a complete last-minute reversal anyway? The only difference is a typical episode is a continuous stream of reversals, while this had just the one at the end.

Heh heh. I can actually read this thread now. I still have to catch up on the most recent 3 episodes, but I'm almost there. I quite enjoy House. Even though they mess about with character changes (i.e. swapping who is part of the team all the time..) it doesn't bother me the way it might with other shows. And I liked the Wilson/Cuddy centric episodes. And that big round thing at the furniture shop..that actually looks kind of fun for some reason. I want one.

Also Taub and Foreman stoned. "Punch me in the face!" HAH. And then Taub gets flashed on the way out. Interesting day indeed. Okay, next episode!

Karakoke scene was the best part!  These past few episodes have been awesome!  I didn't really like the one about Taub and Foreman, though.

It's funny how House is overly intrusive about Wilson's love life, and now he's the same about Taub's love life.

Was a great start to the season, it'll be interesting to see how they handle the whole house-cuddy thing. This episode really milked the back-and-forth should-we-shouldn't-we thing so much that I hope they were getting it out of the way, and not intending to make it a subplot in every episode, but it was a great episode.

Funniest moment was when house took wilson to the bedroom to prove cuddy was there... and she wasn't. And the subsequent scene of him testing house for signs of drug use or halucinations, heh. Pretty sure it would've taken more than one day back on vicodin for the halucinations to come back though, surely wilson would know that? I kept expecting house to point it out.

The stoned neurosurgeon was also a fun storyline, though I was expecting cuddy to find out about the whole situation before the end. She will not be pleased when she does.

And yeah, I didn't see the twist with 13's subplot coming at all, be interesting to see where they go with that.

I still can not believe Season 6 did not win any awards!  Both the beginning and end were absolutely fantastic...especially for a TV series.

However, it's great to know they are definitely not on the downturn and have stayed great after 6 seasons.

Interesting episode that was on!  The beginning was fun when Wilson didn't want to believe that House and Cuddy were now an item. It was obvious to see House and Cuddy try to keep their love life relationship under wraps. The subplot about the old men was cool and the part at the end when the brother offers his sister his lung was very heartbreaking. Plus the fact that she was living his life for him and the parents grappling with the decision to choose between their kids was in well form. Very good episode. 4/5.

I watched to 2 first seasons of house religiously, then I kind of got sick of it. How many times can you watch a doctor cure a disease. It is the same thing, something bad happens to someone and house can not figure it out. By the end the person is either better, or they die and house learns some kind of painful lesson. It just got old, although last night I caught a rerun, and sure enough it lured me in. There is something about this show, who knows maybe I will start watching it again, for old times sake.

Liked the second episode as well. It's kind of difficult to keep a series interesting once the two main characters get together but I'd say so far they managed quite well. I just hope they don't run out of ideas and find some crappy way to break them up!

Hrmm...

Well, I've been enjoying the current season of House. I really enjoyed Two Stories, I love that kind of plot development. The recent episode as well, it was all sad...and then House in his drunken state right at the end, his words came out of nowhere, absolutely cracked me up. Wiki says the next episode includes a musical scene? :laff:

Yeah, where the hell did the new House come from? Actually it kind of reflects my own personal world. :shifty:

I do like how even though they've changed the ensemble cast about a lot over the past few years, it still manages to keep you connected to new characters as they come along. Although I'm not fully connected to Masters yet...and I don't like how it seemed as though they were trying to get her and Chase together in the last ep. But maybe they weren't. Shuh-rug.

^ That episode was cool, lots of alt TV show styles.

Not sure I liked the episode of House being dumped and the reaction episode of him getting hotel room and hookers, then cannon-balling into the swimming pool from his room balcony (the old fake suicide ploy)... reset the show back to season 5.

Lovely ending to yesterday's episode, that surely will screw with Masters.
