I preferred the original too for some reason, not that I get to watch it that often, I can never motivate myself to move from PC to TV. Only Miami is on TV here anyway I think, Horatio creeps me out, but he's better than nothin'. Haven't really seen the New York one except when the crossed over the Miami and NY characters.

Most of the ev-techs at my department have reached a solid conclusion about the CSI franchise. Namely, it's crap. But it's entertaining crap, and, in the end, isn't that the real truth? The answer is no. Frankly, I agree. Especially when they refer to themselves as "NYPD CSI." If they're referring to the department, it's actually "CSU." If they're referring to their title, it's either their rank or "technician." I don't know about the other cities, but I'm reasonably certain that's how it is in NYC.

Yeah, I guess they call them all by different names for legal reasons. It's like why do the put a use-by-date on salt: a food that never goes bad?? Legal reasons. My favourite episode(s) are the "Grave Danger" ones, which I have on DVD.... Horatio...I don't like him. He's scawey!! Also, Gregg is HOT!

I like Vegas and Miami more than the other two series. Of those two, has to be Miami. Vegas is odder to me. Miami seems to have different stories.

^No you didn't! I posted Greg in the Gutter Minds thread about a month ago. He's mine! And I liked first season Sara. She was happy. Then it went bad...

I only watch the original CSI, Las Vegas. Not interested in the others. I once tried to watch Miami, but I didn't know who any of the characters were and I kind of lost interest and stopped watching halfway through. The New York one just seems really...depressing to me. Originally posted by Venus: And what the hell is up with Nick's new mustache? I think being locked in that coffin screwed up the part of his brain that controls his fashion sense. Yeah, I really don't know. It magically appeared one week, and I was like "Okay...what's the joke?". I guess there wasn't one. I kinda wish it would disappear just as magically.

I'm pretty sure they didn't need her to play her hand, stunt actress! Where do you hear that stuff by the way, have you been seeing another CSI forum behind our backs? You internet hussy!! I'm still scared of the Miniature Killer, and I still think at least one relationship on the show is better than nothzing I mean they could have done loads of them, but it's commendable that they made it all about the investigating. Greg and Wendy (DNA girl) FTW! (Also, Hodges and Nick)

Just finished watching it. I give the ep four and one-half stars out of five. I'd give it the other half-star is it was on CS: Miami.
She played a raving bitch very well.
This episode was written and produced by the writers and production staff of Two and a Half Men (and vice versa).
Anyway, thanks for the heads-up about Katey being in this ep, Venus.
