Ok, so I'm trying to think of the episode where Meg and Brian are on the couch and they're watching Seinfeld, and Brian turns to meg and says "You got anything on that remote lower than mute?"

Please help, what episode is that from?

I don't.  I've been on all of these episode guides and everything and I can't find anything.  Someone said that it's in the episode titled "Simpsons Take Manhattan", but that's not even in any of the episode guides as a title of one of their episodes...

That would be "When you Wish Upon a Weinstein".

you sure? I watch that episode alot and don't remember that line. Although I do remember when they're watching Seinfeld and something like this played out:
Seinfeld: I guess she just wasn't a stickler for a tickler.
Other Guy: Not a stickler for a tickeler.
Both: Not a stickl ickle fickle picleicklikdfgr
Brian: Where the hell is the remote?!
