What was the name of that song in the episode where Lois was a klepto, when they were getting away from the cops in that cart that Chris was pulling?  It sounded like the chase song from one of those Inspector Claustau movies with Peter Sellers.  Anyone know the name of the song?

As for Meg getting killed off, maybe she'll get kidnapped like in my dream I had!  Can't control what you dream, right?   ;)

Hold on, is the movie just the three-parter that was rumoured to air soon? I haven't seen it yet, but I thought the movie and the three-parter were different... I mean, the movie's 87-or-so minutes long, and 3 episodes put together would only be about 64 minutes long. Not to mention I keep hearing how more offensive the movie is in comparrison to the show - so if it was originally intended to just be three episodes, wouldn't they have not gone so far?

So, can someone just clarify for me: Are the movie and the three-parter the same thing, or is that just an assumpting people are making? I'm really confused, here.

As far as I know, The movie is 3 episodes padded with about 10 minutes of extra footage before and 10 minutes after.  This extra footage is where the characters get to curse and talk about incest and stuff...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

I would just like to point out just how freaking popular Family Guy is these days. I mean, it sounds obvious, but this is interesting. In "Don't Make Me Over," they featured the Journey song "Don't Stop Believin'." That ep was rerun this past Sunday.

Today, the Journey song is the #8 most downloaded song on iTunes USA. How ridiculous is that? I mean, tell me if there's any other reason for this, but I think it was just Family Guy.

Holy crap.

If you check the tv.com episode guide, you'll notice the 3 parter is no longer listed. As JBERGES said there is filler at the start and the end, where most of the swearing takes place. The credits at the end reveal that the DVD is made up of episodes "Stewie B. Good" "Bango was his name-oh" and "Stew and Stewie's Excellent Adventure".

Its still a really great "movie", but I would have rathered this have aired and something completely new have been released.

Some of the best Jokes had cursing like when Stewie cursed out Chrises future wife which was one of the best moments of the film.

From what people are saying, it still sounds like it's going to be really funny.

Those 3 episodes are completely new since they've never been aired before.

Wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man!

The movie's quite good, it's got some great moments, but it definitely works better if you expect it to be three episodes joined together. It doesn't have 'cohisiveness', but hell, that doesn't matter when you have Peter's Spiderman song.

Could Somebody answer my Family Guy Question please.
What is the Episode where Brian is in somewhere like Arabia, (Or somewhere like that), and the police are after him and the cops think they see Brian dressed up like a woman, but when they see if it is Brian it's actually an old woman?

I thought that it was in 'Road To Europe', but its not in that Episode on my DVD. Does anybody know what Episode it's from?

Something sort of unrelated. Is it just 'Family Guy' who makes fun of William Shatner by making him move funny (when he's in different positions in different frames. A good example is "I Never Met The Dead Man" from 'Family Guy'), or do other shows do it?

I'm pretty sure The Simpsons did a similar joke, though he wasn't moving at an unrealistic speed - it was really just with his speech.

It's from series two because I own it...
The one where Meg has to do extra curricular activities to get into Brown and Peter ends up writing an article for her about how Luke Perry is gay.

I can't wait for the season premiere. I did download the leaked movie and converted it to dvd as well as season 4 so far as I live in Australia. GUDG really bothers me now a days.

Much as I still claim that the spradic cuts and frantic bits in family guy really detract and distract from the comedy, I watched a little the other night, with the three wise men and the $5 limit bit.  I was howling.

Have all of Season 4 episodes been aired yet, or are they starting the new broadcast season with unaired Season 4 episodes?

As far as I know, 35 new episodes were ordered when Family Guy was renewed. Whether or not they're all part of one season is anyone's guess, but I do think it'd be a safe assumption that Season 5 will have quite a few Season 4 holdovers in it.

I watched the season premiere, and I rate it a good solid B. It didn't really stand out in my mind as a great episode.

Peter out-farting Micheal Moore.  :laff:

The latest plot was bizarre and confusing. Since when does he need to catch fish to feed his family, and since when would Lois marry Brian? Anyways, I thought I'd bump this...

GTW:  Peter got fired from his toy factory job and became a fisherman a while ago... they just never brought it up after that.  Remember that mechanical fish he set out to catch?

And yes, it makes me feel loutish and immature, but that farting scene was the funniest thing I've seen on TV in months.  Last time I laughed so hard was... well... probably the 'breakfast machine' gag from last season...

But now he's works at a brewery with a retarded guy. Jungle Love sucked. The jokes were too long as usual and a lot were very pointless. Worst episode ever.

I'm sorry but I think Family Guy is overrated and dosen't deserve alot of the praise it gets. The show is just a poorly written bunch of fart/sex jokes and pop-culture references with the "plot" only acting as filler inbetween (in addition to very insincere attepts at heart in some of them) with feeble attempts at satire and pathetic attempts to be controversial and offensive.

I also think the creator, Seth MacFarlane is a talentless hack that can't write good or intelligent comedy and has to overuse the fart/sex jokes and pop-culture refernces to cover it up.

Hmm...the only bits I really liked were Peter's retarded coworker and the long, pointless, Stewie/Will Farrell bit.  It was no Chicken Fight, but having actually sat through that damn movie, I was glad to see someone doing as I wanted to.

Jeeze, I actually liked the last few episodes. The Peter abandoned at sea/Brian marrying Lois was one of the more 'edgy' storylines they've had in a while. After all, it's mainly about a dog wanting to have sex with a human. It was pretty good, characterwise, especially with Brian's seething resentment of Peter moving back into the house.

As for "Jungle Love," if that's what it was called, I liked it all the way up to Peter becoming the richest man in the town. Chris needs better episodes. And yes, the "My Left Foot" and the caveman bits did go on a really long time, but that's par for the course for FG.

I actually rather liked the caveman bit. It and the things N-o-R mentionned are about all I found funny. And what was the deal with the ending? Meg randommely dies, and what happens to Chris is unexplained.
