I had a little look, well since I only have one page of threads here were I had to renew my account... I noticed there wasn't no Family Guy Thread. So I thought, being a fan of this show also, why not start one. It's basically the same as any other thread that talking about another animated/live action show.

DVD
There's a new DVD coming out in American, in time for Christmas, the "Freakin' Sweet Family Guy Collection". As I've said in another thread, it contains Seth MacFarlane's Top Five Episodes, more commentaries on other episodes aswell as a couple of commentaries by Brian and Stewie, which'll be interesting.

BOOKS
There is a Family Guy Book coming. Made by the people at Tokyo Pop, it's really a comin book of one of the episodes, "Death's a B***h".

Most memorable one is this episode where Peter and Louis gone to a Kiss fan concert. Their little son, the one who has a rugby shape face runs off to London to meet his favourite TV show’s characters so that he can live there with them happily ever after.   :laff:

I used to like Family Guy a lot more than I do now. I'm not sure why, some of the jokes just got old to me I guess. Meh, I'll watch it when it comes back.

Although, this might qualify as a Family Guy thread...

Yes, there are about 50 episodes, 4 a week, that's 25 a month, and 50 every two months.  Plus there's an episode on Sunday.  So if you watch it on a regular basis, then you probally have seen the same jokes 50,000 times.  But i'll tune in when the show returns.

Coincidentally, that was one of my least favorite episodes. I wasn't a huge fan of either of the road show episodes.

The best one's gotta be Fore Father. I mean, Quagmire brings Chris to a strip club. How much more high quality can you get with family values there?

My fav was Road to Rhode Island, funnily enough. I guess I'm the anti-Lamp.

Decent show, with good laughs... yet, somehow, I've never really wanted to watch an ep again after the first time I saw it. It's a pity that I worked that out after I brought the DVD's.

My favorite episode still has to be "Lethal Weapons" nothing beats the fight scene at the end.

My two favorite episodes are Death Is A Bitch, and Road To Rhode Island. I personally love Family Guy's musical numbers, and Road To Rhode Island has one of the greatest ones ever.

I think family guy is the best comedy out there, sorry futurama fans out there, but family guy is funnier than futurama. I still love futurama though, there are more eps out there.

Family Guy is funnier than Futurama, but I like Futurama better than FG. I am glad that FOX is bringing back Family Guy, though.

Family Guy is funnier, but Futurama is better written, that's why I prefer Futurama.

I might be one of the few people who considers Futurama to be a hell of a lot funnier then Family Guy...

Family Guy's the better show, but I hang around these parts because all the Family Guy forums are filled with morons like Benderboy123, Hedgecore, and chunks. I mean, come on.
