That isn't a poster, I don't think Nurdy.  It's probably the dvd set opened up.  Anyways... what... only 2 more years till the new season comes out this time?  I wish they hadn't killed off the Scooby Doo look alikes though.

No, luckily there won't be a two year wait this time.  On Jackson Publick's LiveJournal (where the DVD art picture comes from) he says "Oh, and we've begun writing Season 3..." at the end of his latest entry.  I would take that to mean they've been picked up already by AS.

I personally have selected three.

Brocks escape from the Pirates in Sargasso, The Monarch dissing the Zepp infront of Block and living and finally, 24 and 21 beat boxing.

I have to go back and rewatch season one and two.  I watched all the season two episodes as they premiered, but I missed a few of them with the old recorder.  I got the rest when AS ran a VB marathon not too long ago.  Now that I have them all recorded, I might as well watch 'em through again.

That's only a theory, Nurdbot.  There are those, including Brock, convinced she's a transsexual.  There's a slightly more esoteric theory that her throat was cut at some point, damaging her larynx.

Personally, I'll be disappointed if the explanation's as obvious as "she's a man."  But it hasn't been explained beyond "it's funny."

My personal opinion is it's probably the cigarettes, though.

I think she is 100% woman myself, we have The Monarch and Phantom Limb who both certainly express their full opinion since they have both slept with her.

Besides, I don't picture Phantom Limb as the tranny loving type.

I have been watching a few episodes and I love it Brock and Dr Girlfriend are my ave characters

I have a question is Brock's love interest (with a heart patch eye) the same woman from the space episode (Dr Venture tries to stop the button) oh yes and the Rocket entering the space station is so funny.

Did I mention that Brock is so hot

dr. girlfriend is my favorite, too.

and my favorite scene is in the beginning of "trial of the monarch," when hank and dean are telling their version of the story, and they're all decked out indiana-jones-style.

brock attacks that giant statue and the statue's like, "MY ARM CAME OFF. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT HAPPENED."

I just picked up Season 2 on DVD today.  Hopefully they spent more time authoring this one than they did Season 1.  It's too good of a show to get a half-assed press.

Much like the brothers this thread can now rise again.

So season 3 started on sunday and this time in HD. I was amussed by the episode, although perhaps not as strong as the season 2 opener.

A little annoying that they did not say what Dr Girlfiend said and the end of series 2.

I really enjoyed the episode.  It shows that they're fantastic at writing on story arcs and making plot points... especially things you wouldn't even consider.  It's fantastic.... Plus I love the Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend's relationship, it's awesome!

really liked the episode, not the funniest ever, but a great story for the monarch and dr girlfriend and I love how it pieces together previous episodes, VB has always done a great job with characters and continuity

I also really enjoyed this episode. First, it was centered around my favorite characters, Dr. Girlfriend and The MONARCH. It also contained some one liners that made me laugh.  "#9? I thought I was #6." "Phantom Limb? I always thought he wore a lot a purple for a white guy."
