In a ship-to-ship battle, I would go for the Omicronians, as the Nibblonians do not seem to have particularly powerful ships. Of course, we just might not have seen them - they could have an immense starfleet of unimaginable power, but the little transport modules are sufficient for TDTESS and TWOF.

The Nibblonians ships are small but they as a race are small.  We have never seen them fight so we should not think they are puny.  Since they have been around before the beginning of time I am sure they have come up with some great weapons.  The Scooty Puff Jr. and Sr., just for Fry to escape the Info Sphere so it maybe equivalent to a jet pack or escape pod.
