Bender showed some strong fighting skills in WNFHGB so I think that coupled with his virtual indistructability would make him incredibly hard to beat

Leela. If AOI I wasn't evidence enough, her performance in "Hell Is Other Robots" should close the deal. She cleared the mosh pit floor in 3 seconds flat.

I think Zoidberg would be quite hard to kill. He doesn't seem to mind having several organs removed... Also, a 5000 dollar sword couldn't harm him. FRY DID IT!

Bender. No weapons are allowed, so Bender would be able to take a lot of punishment before breaking. He'd probably let Leela take down everybody else, then vent his exhaust on her - but does that count as a weapon?

Bender isn't very hard to break. In ISTE Leela broke his hand without any trouble (the scene when they come to the doctor) and also he has self-destruction button on his body.

What would be the point of a battle royal, anyway?  Everyone in Planet Express are friends.
So I really don't see the point of them all fighting.  If I had to say who would win, it would be Leela and Bender.

They started fighting after Fry crashes the the PlanEx ship into Hermes' un-insured home and Leela has in-operable cancer and precedes to take out her anger on Bender who is quickly backed by his friend Zoidberg who also has a on-going fued with Hermes and the Professor.

That explain it?

Let me review the combatants:

Fry: has no real fighting abilities, but he's managed to survive a Suicide Booth, his best friends beating him up several times, Robot Hell, the Titanic and having a hole ripped through his chest.

Amy: Even though I think Amy is really cute and is perhaps the cutest/sexiest cartoon character in existance, she doesn't stand a chance in a fight with Zoidberg and/or Leela and/or Bender and/or Nibbler

Leela: The best fighter in the PE crew, but she'd prob'ly be killed by Bender unless she had a magnet or a canopener or a microwave.

Nibbler: Can eat almost anything and anyone. Only was killed by Leela in AOI1 because Leela attacked him too fast and Nibbler can't see in the dark.

Prof. Farnsworth: Without any of his inventions, he probably won't survive.

Bender: He'd prob'ly bend evryone to death unless someone had magnets or a microwave or a canopener.

Hermes: Can limbo but can't do anything else.

Homer: Has survived extreme pain, so maybe he can survive being beaten by Leela  or being bended by Bender or being eaten by Nibbler or being sliced by Zoidberg.

Zoidberg: His claws could prob'ly destroy most of the others.

Well Zoidberg has those sharp claws.
He cut through Fry's arm (bone and all) in WMIBACIL like butter. He could use that against everyone... wait, Bender is a robot.

Leela will win.  First, she kicks Farnsworth into a pit of man-eating anteaters.  Next, she hacks off Hermes torso and stuff him down the garbage disposer.  She'll use a microwave to kill Bender, then kill Amy.

Nibbler will be despatched using a conviently placed sword, and then Leela will eat a delicious Lobster Zoidberg.  Finally, she'll sleep with Fry to ensure his silence.  And Homer's a fictional character, so there.
