He was also a demolition man in 'A Pharaoh To Remember', a sewage tester in 'Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles', and he wheeled on the judge/jury in 'A Taste of Freedom'...

Yes, to Nutley. Which may explain how he's everywhere. Nutley is basically a town made up of Salses. That and liquor stores.
