i dont' know if a topic like this has been posted before, but i thought it would be a good one.
the reason i started this was cause i just love zoidberg's look of self satisfaction when he buys 8 newspaper's after fry's opera in devil's hands.

other notable ones:
when fry slaps his head after amy tells him it's good to make dates wait 20 mins...
fry's look of disbelief when the love note in the sky (i love you, leela) disappeared into a black hole...

that's all i can be bothered remembering now, so yeah, go on have fun. that zoidberg look is tops though.

I'll go with Zapps "worse for wear" look in Brannigan Begin Again when he turns up at planet express begging for work ;

Leela at the end of "Raging Bender" when she say she got back at someone who hurt her feelings in high school.

Fry looking into his sandwich in "A Big Piece Of Garbage" when Leela tell him what sandwiches are made of.

Free laugh to David X whenever Bender looks angry for no apparent reason.

Zoidberg: MORE WEIGHT!

Amy's date: Amy, I must say you're all made up, just like Fry's date.  Get it?
[Amy shakes her head]

Actually almost every expression out of Amy or Fry that episode was perfect.  Pick a frame, it's art.

Deep South:

Fry: ...I tame them.

Seriously, I could go on and on.  I'll stop there, though.

Oh, wait.

You're all crazy!  Shut up!  Let me Talk!

benders. whenever his eyes squint or whatever, his evil gaze, his frightened reactions...its good they made bender able to show lots of emotion as a robot character.

One of my favorites is the look on Hermes' face when Farnworth and the PE gang are about to be fired into the sun in "The Farnsworth Parabox". I'd say it may be my favorite Hermes moment in the series...

Fry's sideways glances in the auction in "Fishful of Dollars," because it just shows some real attention to detail on the animators' part; the contrast between him cheering and then his reaction to the booing audience cracks me up every time.

If we can count minor character, then I'd like to nominate Cinnamon, Wernstrom's fish, after he hits it with the newspaper in "A Big Piece of Garbage." That fish is just so darn cute.

I think that that was a great line. It kind of reminds me of Fry's line in "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid", "And it's all thanks to the books at my local library". That's why I don't understand why everyone hates that line when the one in "The Cryonic Woman" was hilarious.

That whole scene in "Branningan, Begin Again" when Fry says:
"This is gonna be awesome! We're gonna be like, POW POW POW! And they're gonna be like aahhhhh! *makes explosion noises* And then we'll have pancakes to celebrate and I'll be like *makes eating noises, while pretending to eat invisible pancakes*"

-Also, Fry and Bender's expressions when Leelas guesses that Zapp is about to kill them. (same episode) And Fry's expression:

I love the Professors look of anxiety as he leaves Fry alone with Dr. Zoidberg in The Series has Landed.

Also in Space Pilot 3000 when Fry is pressing the button for the suicide booth, and his unknowing smile turns into an irritated scowl.
