Morbo is great, and hes in alot more episodes, but hypno-toad has become a ledgend from appearing once at the beginng of "the day the earth stood stupid" so sorry morbo, but

Morbo is a more interesting character and has more things about him that are funny, but I think the hypnotoad is funnier when they throw him in.

They both make me laugh the same amount, but the Hypnotoad does less and still makes me laugh.

Morbo is by far the funnier character.  Many of his great lines have been quoted earlier on this thread.  Others I could quote, with help from the DVDs.  But....

But .... the Hypno-Toad says I must vote for it.  All glory to the Hypno-Toad!
