Regarding Colleen, sexiness (to most people) comprises far more than a simple one-dimensional aspect of a person.  Sexiness is a vector quantity, and attitudes and various involuntary and deliberate behaviours and mannerisms and physical attributes reinforce or cancel one another to determine its magnitude.

Speaking for myself, the whininess, passive aggression, insincerity, shallowness, and abusive nature of Colleen are so utterly unsexy that they completely overwhelm any of her potentially redeeming sexy qualities.

Perhaps there are people who find that very sexy and exciting.  In that case, more power to them!
