Jay was a stupid idea when it was used on The Simpsons. It would be f***ing lame to make the same joke twice.

I thought i'd be bringing something new with the Jancy idea (not that it was mine in the first place...) but hey... i'd belive it if i wasn't under the impression i'd read Yancy somewhere... um despite what we like, it probably is Jay.... just because the great creators use every other opportunity to throw in simpson/futurama crossovers. :/ ... not that i mind... i watch both religiously anyway and probably make up stuff that isn't really a crossover gag and is purely down to random coincidence.

I voted Philip James Fry as it does have a nice ring to it, but it could be Jose as the people at Futurama like to use Spanish characters, but then again Bender is mexican.

"Jay" flows well, but given that it's already Homer Simpson's middle name, I'm not sure the Futurama crew would want to repeat it.

I always saw him as a "Joseph" for reasons I'm not entirely sure of.

It will be Jay, like Homer for sure! It will be another subtle inclusion of the Simpsons into Futurama by Matt Groening, no arguments! It will definetly be!

I want to come out in favor of "Joseph", as Unknown, David A, and Nerd-o-rama have on page 3, after Joseph McCarthy.  For obvious reasons.

Jay is far too predictable and unoriginal for Futurama, it would have to be something wierd, unlike my choice: Jenkins
