Futurama Fantasies...

I'm not good at writing FanFic, but how 'bout a thread to post any fantasies involving the Futurama cast.


Today one popped into my noggin.

That Kylie Minogue song, "Can't Get You Outta My Head" was playing at work, and I suddenly pictured Leela doing a Kylie/Jessica Rabbit-like performance to the music...

I had a vivid dream where the FOX HQ were blown up by a bomb from an angry Futurama fan...

Too bad it wasn't me.

Oh, fantasies? I got a good one. The other day, during PE, I was spacing out and I just got this great shippy image in my head. Leela tossing and turning in bed for a while, then looking over at her nightstand, where there is a framed picture of Fry (like in The Sting). She picks it up, looks at it for a few moments, and settles back down to sleep, with a hint of a smile on her face.

Unfortunately, I found it to be dripping with more romance than I expected my angsty mind to come up with.

This may not be such a good board to ask about Futurama-related fantasies, unless you severely limit what these "fantasies" can entail, which you did not.

It means don't be a square.  If you make a square with your thumbs and index fingers, it also looks like an L and a 7.  The phrase was immortalized in the song "Wooly Bully."

Second, there is nothing wrong with liking cartoon characters as long as you realise that they are just that...and also that you like real girls as well...then it's fine...I think...

Thanks for the info AJ - did not know about it being in that song. I got L7 from Simpsons or another cartoon.
