In TDHAIP, after the opera, Fry gets the devil's robot hands cut off. And stayed like that for 70 minutes almost.

I cannot BELIEVE no one has mentioned this one:

My favorite has to be the one in "Luck of the Fryrish" when he's on top of the phone pole.  He electrocutes himself once trying to knock down the dollar bill from the wires with a rake.  That's funny enough (and as it is I'm always partial to people getting shocked in Groening cartoons, barring a couple really extreme Simpsons ones).  But then he gets shocked AGAIN by lightning out of nowhere, and falls write into a trash can and gets trashed dumped on him!  Completely genius.

In Why Must I Be a Crusteacean in Love, when Fry's Arm is chopped off by Zoidberg...that moment alone made me fall off my chair in laughter!

 the ep where frys arm was chopped off by ziodberg was the one where zoidberg had to mate but I forgot what the ep name was but im pretty sure everyone else will know what its called. but i like EVERY time he gets maimed/ injured.

I have, but something has to be wrong with the testes themselves. Killing all of your sperm off doesn't make you sterile.

Here's one I haven't seen mentioned yet:

When Fry and bender are being shipped off to the robot insane asylum, they're stuffed into a box an flipped end over end out the door. Fry's cries and the Professor's advice are hilarious:

*WHAM*
"Ow, my head!"
*WHAM*
"Ow, my feet!
*WHAM*
"Ow, my head!"
*WHAM*
"Ow, my feet!
"Don't worry, Fry!  Keep your chin up!"
*WHAM*
"Ow, my CHIN!"

Also, though we don't see it, I though Fry's line about drinking soda "right up to my third heart attack" was great.

I like the part in Amazon Women in the Mood when he was making fun of the amazonians and he got punched(or kicked). And in the same episode with the snu-snu.

I think the kick in his face Leela gave him in Bender gets made really hurt. Or several doors falling on him in the pilot.

Even though it wasnt really an injury, Fry almost getting his "lower horn" chopped off. Looking at the device the guards use always makes me wince.

To anybody debating on Fry's sperm...
His sperm was probibly sterilized (no longer able to produce) in 'Fry and the Slurm Factory'.
But in 'Parasites Lost', the worms probibly got Fry's... 'factories' back in full production (i.e. Zoidberg riding in on one).

I liked it when Bender hurled a can at Fry's head in Bender Should Not be Allowed on TV. I dunno...it just tickled my funny bone for some reason.

My fave is probably the WMIBACIL or the lead pipe. i cant remember the ep but, its funny when bender throws a bottle at someone (could be tiny tim or Hermes, they were definitely on a sofa) and it hits fry and he says 'nah, i had it coming' when bender says sorry.

In one episode (I think it was "Bender Shouldn't Be Allowed On TV" ), Cubert is annoying Bender, and Bender goes to throw a beer bottle at him, but instead he completely misses and it smashes off Fry.

A few other highlights for me would include: losing his arm in a fight with Zoidberg, breaking his fist punching a statue of his nephew, a blind Leela drop-kicking him in the face, kicking Bender; only to hurt his foot and being beat up by URL and Smitty for trying to make a break for it; by picking his nose.
