I don't really know if I'd like her to come back. She was hilarious crying out "dirty boy!!!" but other than that, she didn't really impress me that much. Any new Futurama is new, so I'll like it, but it doesn't matter to me either way it happened to go.

I just found 3rd scene on a TLZ grab from The Devil's Hands, in the last act of the opera, with Morgan in the background. She's behind the woman with the lavander hair. Perhaps someone with the DVD can do a better framegrab.

It'd be interesting to see Morgan again in the show, when it comes back; she did make a good foil. It'd be really difficult to say who's more bossy, Leela or Morgan. Morgan had actual authority/power though and wasn't just a marginal schlub like Leela. But she used it for selfish reasons and Leela probably wouldn't if she did have that much authority/power.
So it may be more fair to say that Morgan is more wicked compared to Leela - even though Leela wouldn't mind being a witch.

An employer can't send someone to jail on it's own authority. All they can do is submit evidence for prosecution by the judicial system. Not that I can think of anything that see did that rises to that level. Internally you can imagine how long it takes for disciplinary charges to be acted upon at the Federal Sex Bureau. Even then missing one stamping at age 19 might not be more than an embarrassment to a "perfect" person.
