They're both from Taste of Freedom. (Frieda Watefall's appears in the episode, but is not named.  Matt mentiones her in the Problem With Popplers commentary.)

Natures pockets reminds me of Fry's 'compartment' from my all-time favorite episode 'Insane in the Mainframe'. But the compartment is on one side, and the pockets on the other... hyuk hyuk.

It would be a hard call between Oldman Waterfall and Sr., but Oldman in the end would win.  Still, all the waterfalls were great.  If only we had been able to see Freida's fate.

Actually, Old Man Waterfall is originally from 'Birdbot of Ice-Catraz'. You have to look out really carefully to see him though.

She appears briefly in "A Taste of Freedom". When Old Man Waterfall is crushed under the oppresion palace, she run up to him. We have her name from the audio commentaries to either "The Problem With Popplers" or "The Birdbot Of Ice-Catraz", I forget which right now.

My favorite part about Free Waterfall Jr. was the way Lrrr acted after he ate him. "I realize now that... My hands are huuuuge..." Funny stuff, there.
