My personnel favourite is Dr Zoidberg everytime he speaks i laugh, he also talks at the stupidest of times which makes him funnier

Aw man, tough choice. Theres Zoidberg with his incredible one liners, then the Professor with his zany ways. Then theres Fry with his awesome outlook on life and all the things he gets up to and Bender who's just straight up funny in everything that he does. Hmmmm... I love them all, but I think I'm gonna vote for Fry

i think the minor characters that only appear in 1 or 2 episodes are usually the funniest but often forgot. But for main characters i vote Zoidberg

Zoidy is nothing but comic relief.  Hermes and Farnsworth come in at a tie for second.  Fry is to "dumb" to really be considered.  The girls are girls, not funny compared to the crab-monster.

Zap and Zoidberg, they both are so funny.  You just have to laugh at the things that Zap says, the pick-up lines that he uses are graet, and all of the words he invents.
