I love Fry in a scary fangirlish kinda way but I have to admit that Leela is my favourite charcater. No... wait it's a tie. Leela and FRy both are my favs.
 
Fry's not just cute his lines are priceless. And he's a sweetheart, even if he's an under-achiever.
Leela's just so awesome, I dig chicks who can kick ass. She's also hot, with the tank top and shit kicker boots, one eye is not a problem.

Zoidberg always makes me laugh. I still have Zoidberg! You all still have Zoidberg!

I really like Yancy(brother not father) too. Probably by extension of adoring The Luck of The Fryrish episode so much.
He gives Fry the mad props by breaking the Yancy name chain (which I'm sure scary Dad didn't appreciate) with his son. And that's the kind of Pro-Fry stance I like in a man!

I also like starting setences with 'and'.

Fry is definitely my favorite because...well, I just think he's sexy, all right? Next would be Zoidberg because of his childlike behavior. And I guess Ignar as well only because he's stupid and acts like a four year old. Nibbler because he is so, SO CUTE!!! Scruffy because of his funny sayings such as, "Scruffy's rollin' down a big pill," "Hold on there, silver Joe. When this plate's a spinnin', folks start a grinnin'!" I guess everyone except Mom, the other sons, Cubert, Hermes, Sal, Hermes...and I guess that's it. I mean, who here likes Hermes!?
