Who has the funniest-sounding names in Futurama?  I'd say it's Scruffy.  That kills me.  I don't know why.  If there were nothing else funny about him, the name alone would be enough.  I just enjoy saying it.  Scruffy.  There, I said it.  Scruffy.  I said it again.  That's a seriously funny name.  They don't make 'em like that anymore!  Scruffy.  Wow, I'm having a great time.  Scruffy.  Scruffy.  Scruffy.

Ogden Wernstrom. There's something hillarious about Ogden (as Suzie Dietter noted on the Season 1 DVD's), and I love how Farnsworth reacts when he see Wernstrom.

"Ooooh, Wernstrom!!"

The head-in-a-jar is right again.  H.G. Blob is one of the funniest names in the show.  Elizar ain't bad either (such a great play on Emeril - the freak of a cooking show host).

Everyone always writes "Zoidy" but I always thought I heard "Zoiby" on the show.  Which is it?  Or both?

Um.. how can Hubert sound anything remotely close to "sherbert"?  It sounds more like puberty, but without the last syllable.  By the way, Hubert is my middle name... Seriously.

The subtitles/closed caption on WMIBACIL have Farnsworth say: "Now, now this wont do. Let me just give old Zoidie a sedative." Considering how subtitlers sometime get things wrong, I think it's safe to say that the name should be "Zoidy".

It does sound like stupidfied Zoidberg say Zoiby on "The Day Earth Stood Stupid", but consider Zoidberg's childlike behaviour and his warbling voice, I still think it "Zoidy".

I've always thought the name Zoidberg was funny. Alien and Jewish at the same time. And that somebody with a last name so bizzare could have a name as common as John is funny to me, too.
