Whenever something goes wrong, Bender says, "Well, we're boned." Like in "Fry and the Slurm Factory." Bender was about to become some Slurm cans and he said, "What's going on? I can't see! Are we boned?" Leela replied, "Yeah, we're boned." I haven't heard a new line for quite a while.

They used that joke so many times in the first season. It'd kind of be weird if they put it in now. I can't think of any other instance it was used.

I think it was used in "Less Than Hero", but I'm not sure if it was Bender or Leela who said it.

I remember Bender saying "I'm boned" but don't which episode though.

Leela's starting to say it more than Bender now.  I'm starting to think it's just a term they use in the future, and not just something that's Bender's trademark.

Yeah, it's just one of those stock catchphrases like "Cheese it".  Both of which I find myself using now too.

I sometimes say "Crud" like Fry.

I remember Bender saying it in 'Hell is Other Robots' when the Robot Devil just played his violin solo. But you're right, maybe it was more of a Season One thing  :)
