Which ending that includes Bender is your favourite?
One more to go after this and that'll do for my poll   ;)
I voted for the flying Bender one.

I'm not a very big Bender fan. He's been a major character for a while, and I think a more Zoidbergesque amount of screen time would be perfect for him. He wears on me, because he can only be callous and larcenous so many times in an episode before he's boring.

You suck if your not a Bender fan. And YOUR only saying that because your more of a Zoidberg fan. You shouldn't say that he is boring now because I don't think that at all. I think he is and always has been interesting.

Although I like the exploding ass at the end of 'Put Your Head On My Shoulder', trying to blow up the world with his internal bomb just about tops it.

It's got to be the closet ending, it's an old one, but it's also one of the best endings ever :)

I picked the end of Bendless Love--if that's okay with everyone*   :D

Amy: "No, Bender, the other way!"
Bender: "I like him better this way!"
Professor: "I'm sad now..."
Leela: "Oh, it's fine."

That is a very hard one. I like all Bender endings.

I like the one where he was singing killing all the humans and when he put on the magnet and start singing from Bendin in the wind

The word that makes Bender blo9w up is Antiquing. From what I recall it means "shopping for antique's" or "making things look like antiques".

Actually, when I first saw it, the sound was so bad I thought the word was "kon-tiki."

"Wait, that makes no sense..."

an·tiqu·ing: to hunt or shop for antiques.

Did you just say I like Bender less than other characters.... because I like other characters more than Bender? Astute observation.

Bender is a shallow character. I wouldn't get rid of Bender, but I think when 1/2 the episodes in a season are centered around him, it's overkill. Bender is too uncomplicated to be a good choice for the series's main character, I think. Which is what he is, basically.

Wow, I never heard that word before.

I voted showing off his human heart.

That one also made me think of the time he had the Prime Minister of Sweden's arm, which he used in Space Pilot 3000, just for the careerchip.

Uncomplicated? So if a character you like less is not up to your standards in perfection he/she isn't good as a main character if is one? I have the absolute opposite opinion than you.

Yeah, that was great.  "I'm gonna kill you, Amy!"   :laff:

I should pick something from the list, to make haleys_comet happy.  Okay, how about number seven, from "The Cyber House Rules"?  That was pretty good.

I'm sorry, I do not understand what you are trying to say. Please restate or heavily edit.

And yes... I don't think a one-trick pony like Bender should be the main character, because it gets repetitive. For example, through most of A Pharoah to Remember, I wanted to smack Bender in the head with a metal Louisville Slugger. Bender being selfish and rude gets old when it's the main point of the series. And Bender also has no character development. Fry and Leela mature and change and learn. Kif and Amy have a relationship, minor characters though they may be. With Bender, there is no change from episode to episode. He's funny, but I can't stand the number of episodes that focus entirely on him.

Alright already! Geez if your not a Bender fan you don't have to put him down. Unlike you I can't get enough Bender. I've always stuck with Bender as my fav Futurama character and like everything he does. As for A Pharoh to Remember I would cheer for Bender instead of thinking of smacking him over the head which is a dumb thing of thinking to do. I'm not as serious when watching the show as some of the people here. And my message for those who think badly of Benders mean behaviour, get a life    .

im not that really much for Bender, i think that he's gotten a bit too much time for his own, what with pharao and godfellas an all.
It's clear however that he must certainly be one of the writers favourite since he's a robot and can do nearly anything without anyone having to worry about censorship.
just a thought.

I am not the woman that programmed TMC for evil.  I suspect one of the interchangable Aussie contingent (Benaka_the_tall looks guilty to me).  Regardless of who did it, TMC IS programmed for evil.  And The Series has landed does have the best Bender ending ever.

I could have been me. I do all sorts of things when drunk, programming people for evil, shaving wild ferrets, keeping grapefruit in my trousers.

I am forced to agree with FilthyCrab on this one.

Although I like Bender when he tries to blow up the world, I really remember the one where his ass explodes. It's clever how they used a heart-shaped iris to close that one.

Gracias amigo

The ways Bender dies in both AOIs were pretty funny / good.  Impaled on a building was a great way to go.  Dying of excesses of the flesh was about what you'd expect from Bender.
