I've been talking to i_c_weiner about this. Thought it was time to throw the question out to PEEL at large.

Can you help us to list all recurring characters with speaking parts, including heads-in-jars and robots?

I'll start it off...

Also does a recurring character have to speak to be considered recurring?  Glab only spoke once (in her introductory episode), but she still pops up for crowd scenes.  Angelyne was the focus of her episode, but she only appears when they want a lot of cameos.

And are you sure Helmut Sparkle is an alien?  

Also you missed Lucy Liu, Nichelle Nicoles and George Takei who have all appeared in more then one ep.  I'm not sure if they count though since they only appear in two episodes apiece I'm sure.
