The great thing about Leela killing everyone in AOI I was that it only took a very, very small bit more impulsiveness to go from the Leela we know and love to one easily capable of killing her collegues and friends without much guilt afterwards.

I loved the death of Welshy.  It was a funny joke to have Welshy and then to kill him again and again.  That was just classic.

"Dude...my hands are HUGE...they can touch anything but themselves...oh wait."  Out of the two deaths with funny consequences (Smelly Hippy's and Enos's) Smelly Hippy's is less disgusting, so he gets my vote.

Also, my vote for best fake death goes to Fry for the Sting.  Maybe someone who cares enough and can actually think of other examples can make another poll.

That Guy.  For numerous reasons I'll get into right now.  First, while his death was sudden and violent, it wasn't unexpected.  The smart viewer should have picked up on his "Boneitis" early on, and realized that That Guy was not long for the world.  Second, That Guy's death was phsycially violent and visually interesting.  Not to mention the sounds of his bones breaking.  Gross  .  Finally, That Guy died with no regrets, except that he had boneitis.

I know it never actually happened, but Bender's favorite cause of death was hiliarius, "crushed by a runaway semi driven by the Incredible Hulk"

As far as actual factual ones Bender in AOI1, but when adding the quotes, Nixons dude man person.

As far as fake ones, Fry's in TDTESS, cause he was all, "Die!!!.....oh no I'm dead"

EDIT: Also, whoever voiced him did such an impressive Hawkeye impression (that's the main character from MASH, the TV show this scene was parodying for you young 'uns) that I thought it was Alan Alda doing a guest shot.  Turns out it wasn't, though.

Leela killing the rest of the crew in AOI 1 was really great.  But is was not as much the deaths that were cool but the entire killing spree she went on and how easy it was for her.  She was only a little more impulsive.  The cherry was instead of killing Fry to shut him up she sexed him up. lol.

I think the Welshie death was by far the best.

Honorable mention goes to the Space Pirate in "Godfellas" who had the best death line;

"Too late I realize that me children are me only treasure."

4. Zoidbergs brother in the fountain of aging in "Teenage Mutant Leelas Hurdles"
5. President McNeal by Lrr in "When Aliens Attack"
6. Slurms McKenzie by the cave-in in "Fry and The Slurm Factory"
7. The Parrot by Santa in "Xmas Story"
8. Although you don't see it, Dr. Mabutu and his wife in "I, Roommate" ("To shreds you say?" )
9. Any animal eaten by Nibbler in "Loves Labours Lost In Space"
10. The evil werecar in the furnace in "The Honking"
11. The Lucy Lu Bots by the popcorn in "I dated a robot"
12. The killer penguins by the killer whale in "The Bird-bot Of Ice-Catraz"

The Helmut Spargle one was such a classic death.

But of course, it was a hard decision against
Welshy (XD), Enos and Free Waterfall. I mean: Welshy= Electrocuted (if you can call it that)
Enos= Fried basically
Free Waterfall= Eaten
But, I had to chose Free Waterfall because Lrrr's reactions afterwards just make his death even more enjoyable
